Went to get my AWD tires changed asked for an all season tires run flat, they put on summer tires without informing me. Trusted them I should have checked before leaving. Fast forward after back and forth email with the owner book my appointment to get tires replaced and get my refund, so I came back but when I was about to pick it up I go “hi im here to pick up a mercedes c300 for Ralph” they said “oh we don’t have that for pick up?” I said “ for Ralph” he says “ we don’t have that” i said I literally see my car outside the black one” they said “ohh I see, give me one second” i still gave them 2 stars for fixing the issue and the owner Todd was great. Its just disappointing when you spend literally thousands at their shop yet you don’t get a great customer service and have to deal with employees who seem to not know what they are doing.

I’m so impressed with this Trail Tire facility. The work was done professionally and efficiently. The job cost and time actually was less than quoted and they reduced the costs to me accordingly. I will definitely and comfortably have this outlet service any of my vehicles.

Todd and his professional team did an excellent job fixing our vehicle, power steering issue, again. Right in the midst of the deep freeze we just had, they replaced the affected unit, and resolved the issue timely and efficiently. Moderate prices, very central location and their work is of course guaranteed, something we find most reassuring. Thank you Todd and the staff at Trail Tires Auto Centers! ?️? LCA

I had a flat tire. I went there and thought that they would fix only that one tire. They removed all of my tires and diagnosed the whole car. I thought whatever, that’s even nice of them, but after that I started having some serious issues with my car that I didn’t have before. So, when they repair your car, watch out!

I brought my vehicle in to have my winter tires changed out. The gentleman working at the front was exceptionally professional and friendly and helpful. I would give this experience five stars, however, and I think I’m being quite kind, the gentleman who moved my vehicle into the garage and worked on my vehicle did not put down protection on my light fabric seats that were just detailed and now they have grease on them. Not impressed. The manager is happy for me to come back and he will spray clean it but that’s more time out of my day. Not impressed.

Never been to a more kind, and understanding mechanics! I ended being late for my appointment due to misdirection on my gps, I arrived 15 minutes late they got me in asap and offered to lube hinges (door was hard to open/close) the mechanic Jeff was so polite and didn’t mind me standing and asking questions! Also their receptionist Todd he was so kind, and took good care of my vehicle!! Thank you for your hard work it’s greatly appreciated!!
