“Came across this store from an Instagram foodie/influencer account. As I was browsing, I noticed they had the Jelly Cat I was looking to gift a friend of mine. So I ordered thinking it was going to come in a weeks time, but it got delivered the same day! Although I do live locally, I was so surprised that the processing for my item was so fast compared to other local sellers. I’m so impressed with the store’s efficiency, selection, and pricing. I hope to visit in store eventually.”
“One of the best card shops in town by far. The customer service from Nicki, Wayne, Cory, and the entire team is always friendly and welcoming from the moment we walk in the door. It's a family business and you feel the family love when you're there. Prices are always great and often the most competitive in the city. I had to chuckle at previous reviews saying packs have been sus because that's just so not the case. These folks are awesome!”

The curation of brands and toys Ellen puts out is beautiful - the perfect place to get that special outfit or birthday present. My drink is the condensed milk latte, delicious every time! “Wow - my online order was pretty insignificant, just two bags of bath product that my daughter's heart was set on and was sold out everywhere in Calgary. I messed up and selected "pick up in store" on my order and of course, didn't notice until the confirmation. Quickly added it to my running to do list to email and figure out how to cancel the order.But before I got home, THEY CALLED ME to check and fix it! The product arrived two days later. Amazing.I am so blown away at this level of customer care, and over a very small transaction. I've told everyone I know in Edmonton and will check online for future purchases too.Thank you!”

“If you sign up for their loyalty program, you can add your kids on to your profile and they get a free gift for their birthdays. Currently the choices have changed and no longer gift Lego mini figs or beanie babies. Now have a selection of bouncing balls, deck of cards and hacky sack.”
“If you are looking for baby and toddler clothing and accessories this is the place for you. Keep in mind that this is a second hand store. The quality of the stock is good. The store can feel claustrophobic as it is jam packed with stuff. The store is clean and well lit. There is plenty of parking. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I did not buy anything but we may return as we know what’s available. Especially since we have a granddaughter now.”

“All things for the new baby till toddler age. The store is well lit and clean. There is lots of parking with easy access from 97 St. There is an excellent selection of clothing to cribs to high chairs to toys and everything in between. My wife and I became grandparents recently and came here to look and some baby stuff. We were impressed with the selection of baby items. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

The staff is top notch with their customer service , friendly approach and eagerness to help and just a fun vibe atmosphere, honestly it felt like I was in Disneyland! From their store manager( Alyissa,) Emma and Ayaan from giving me the best customers service that my niece and nephews will be so happy for Easter. Seriously if your looking for that friendly warmth atmosphere this is the place. Promise you won't be disappointed. “I love this store.Coming to it makes me ecstatic and the quality and quantity of the toys are amazing and are better than many other stores. The owner and other staff are nice and help you quickly and are also much more friendly than other staff. The decoration is great and the toys are also incredible.Once I went to the store, and they had an amazing selection of toys. I bought a Darth Vader helmet and it is perfect and doesn't fall apart like any of the other reviews.The staff there are all very friendly and help you with anything you need and are looking for.This store is an incredible place in the mall and I highly recommend going to it.”
“Kawaii Alley has an awesome collection of Sanrio and San-X items. I was trying to purchase the my number 1 favorite plush of hello kitty and my melody but when I tried entering my shipping address it kept saying it doesn’t ship to me even though they ship anywhere in Canada. So, I reached out to Kawaii Alley and the owner Lily responded quickly and was able to help me out. Lily was so lovely and very helpful. My plushies came in and I’ve added them to my collection.
