“Alhamdulillah, I made a dua before leaving my house this morning, asking Allah to protect me during my errands. I command started my vehicle and had to clean the snow off my car while it warmed up. I accidentally locked my keys in the car along with my purse and cell phone. I had no way to get back inside my building and my disabled mother could not assist me from our apartment. Alhamdulillah, I asked a neighbor to use her phone and quickly googled tow truck near me. I spoke with a kind gentleman who reassured me that he would be there within 15 minutes. Sure enough he arrived just as he promised and quickly unlocked my vehicle door. Alhamdulillah, I discovered he is a Muslim and his wife and family were with him in his vehicle. Not only did Allah send help but He also sent me new friends. We exchanged phone numbers and InshaAllah will see each other at our local Masjid. The service was fast and courteous, I will definitely refer him to all my friends!! I really appreciate his kindness and generousity by giving me the most affordable door unlock service anyone could ever ask for! “I was broken down on a very busy road, Friday night with low visibility waiting for my other tow truck company to show up that I had called (not Kingsway)... I was almost rear ended several times at high speeds because of the location where I broke down. It was an incredibly dangerous spot to be in, when a kind young female tow truck driver from Kingsway pulled over, asked if I was ok, turned her lights on and waited with me until the company I regretfully called finally showed up. Her shift was off, she didn’t have to do that but she did, and being another female I felt very safe by this selfless and considerate action. I’ll be calling and referring Kingsway in the future.”

“I came upon an unfortunate situation where someone had driven up onto a concrete barrier. I called Auto Rescue for an after hours emergency tow. The dispatcher who answered was clear and precise. She told me the tow would arrive in 15-20 mins and the charge was around very reasonable (which was shocking considering it was a Sunday). Drew arrived right on time. It was a difficult tow in order to limit the damage to the bottom vehicle as both front tires were perched onto the barrier and in the air, all the weight was placed directly on the underbelly of the vehicle. Drew was able to methodically, and intricately maneuver first the vehicle and then the concrete barrier to free the vehicle and limit further damage. He even took the time to drive around the vehicle to ensure it was in decent working order prior to returning it to the owner and reassuring him. Drew and his crew were the ultimate professionals. He took the time to do his job properly, he cared about this patrons property and safety. The entire escapade only took him about 20 mins and the charge was what they quoted!!!! Unbelievable!!!! I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this company...they really go above and beyond with their care and attention!!!!!! If any one requires an emergency tow, call them!!!!!”
