Called last minute with a flat tire. They fit me in no problem and got it fixed. Service was very friendly too. Definitely will be returning!

Businesses that don’t stand behind their work, can’t be trusted.I witnessed my friend’s experience with them.They did a wheel alignment on a basic compact SUV & they left the outer tie rod end loose.Found out after we took the vehicle to a real professional.This place is fake & a ripoff.At least work for the money you are charging.Be careful people, if you ever fix something at this place, not to loose a wheel or something on a freeway or a highway.Shame on this garbage place !

Walked in to the shop yesterday, talk with the gentleman at the counter about the tires I wanted for my truck. He proceeded to tell me the manufacturer of that tirehad discontinued them and proceeded to show me the newer tire, same manufacturer. 26 hours later, installed, balanced, and paid for. Great job guys. You have a new costumer.

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Took my 18 year daughter’s suv in here after she had bumped into curbs on icy roads. I had to tow it over there, but it came recommended so I thought it would mean something. When I called to discuss with them, I advised the steering is wrecked and the wheels are now cockeyed, so that can’t be good.The vehicle does not have collision on it as it is only worth about 8k, maybe 10k, so going through insurance was not an option.While I was hesitantly delighted to hear the repairs were only $2100, it became immediately apparent upon picking the vehicle up that the steering was still broken. My daughter didn’t make it out 1 min down the road when she called me, mom, it’s not right, it’s still broken, there’s an error on the screen. As it was closing time at the shop, she drove it home. When I read the warning, stating stop immediately, drive shaft error, I was shocked and disappointed because she should have left the vehicle there. We ended up having to tow it back, only to be quoted another $3700!!! For an issue they were told specifically about and ignored.I tried discussing with the owner, he just kept brushing me off proclaiming his tech drove it and it was fine, it’s simply an unfortunate coincidence that the steering still doesn’t work.This was an obvious, let’s take advantage of the non-mechanically inclined females, quote them half a job and miraculously when the car still doesn’t work, stick them for the rest of the bill, because they knew there’s no chance I’m spending 6k on an 8k car…Well done tirecraft at being sleezy af

Superb service. We were on a road trip from Manitoba to Vancouver and when I purchased a used set of winter tires for the mountain driving the folks at Tirecraft got me in to have them mounted and the old ones stored as well almost immediately, and much cheaper price than I was prepared for!

What a shady goat rodeo yesterday was. Please make sure you are getting the tires you selected when booking from the website. I selected and was quoted for ‘LT’ tires but when I dropped off the truck I was made aware (after asking to make sure) that it will be more if I wanted LT tires, and that the website was wrong. Ok, I’ll pay more than the quoted /advertised amount, fine. They even have the tires in stock, lucky day, little shady but fine. Go to pick up the truck, I notice the wrong tires are on it before going in. They were about to charge me the LT price for the non LT tires currently on the truck?! Thankfully they did put the correct tires on after asking about it, and got it done a bit after close. Would’ve gone a long way with a sorry about that here’s a free future oil change on us, or a you pay the original quoted amount even. Tires look great, work was done right in the end, communication/shady upselling needs improvement.

Took my vehicle in on short notice for an alignment and new skins. Rubber was a bit pricey, but not out of line. I would not hesitate to give them my business again.

customer service is great, but this is highway robbery prices. just paid $100 to change one of the headlights. i should have asked for pricing before service. please ask for cost before you proceed with repair.

This place is great. They are busy and that's a good sign. People are return customers because of previous good experiences. I had an AC line leak, that was discovered last fall. I very begrudgingly took my vehicle to the dealership for the repair, several thousand dollars later it wasn't repaired. So once I could afford to get the AC line repaired, I happily brought my vehicle to Tirecraft in May or June, I forget exactly when.Dealing with Alec was excellent. They did replace my AC line, it was also recommended that I get my rear brakes done pads, calipers and rotors. My husband and dad did that replacement and oh how I wish I would have taken it to Tirecraft! (There were many issues with my husband and dad doing my brakes wrong parts, then a leak etc. ?♀️)I have found Tirecraft to be excellent to work with. They're one of the few honest shops out there.
