I had a tire leak. I brought in for repair. It turned out just the valve causing the leak. They checked/fixed quickly and gave me free of charge. This is the first time I used them, but I will definitely use them again and recommend everyone give a try.

After running over a bolt in the area (which flew out just before arriving and causing a flat), I am so thankful for the quick service! Everyone was so kind and helpful!! I highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent service!Tirecraft really came through for me today (first snowfall of the year), when another tire place cancelled my appointment.The guys were very accommodating and professional despite their phone ringing off the hook with last minute requests & walk-in customers. I heard them continually doing their best to help out Edmontonians. There was also plenty of space in their front office area to sit and get caught up on some of my own work. It was a win win. Thank you!

Silly me went and ran over a screw on my way to work. I, desperately, needed to get it fix before my drive home and Tirecraft helped me out.I had called around to a few other places in the area but most could't fit me for a tire fix or told me to try elsewhere but not Tirecraft. They were friendly and accommodating and got me in on my lunch break.Even once I got to the shop, the guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I waited maybe a total of 30ish minutes and my tire was fixed and I got back to work. Went back a couple of hundred kms later for a fast re-torque and everything has been just dandy since.I would definitely recommend Tirecraft!

I was there today, and the service was fine, however, all I had done was a repair, I even marked out the screw. My invoice however had a $6.95 enviro fee tagged on to it, and the bill was $58.70. There is NO explanation for an enviro fee or what it was for, nor is there any regulation that I know of that requires a 6.95 enviro charge be applied for removing a screw. That seems very much like gouging your customers, and I will think twice before using this company again!

Chuck was great to deal with. Got a chunk of steel in my tire so it was not repairable. He found another tire that same morning, had it brought to the shop and had me on my way. Can't say enough about how great they are to deal with.

Stopped by to get a slow leak in my tire fixed (I had stopped by 3 other tire shops before getting to this shop), they were full up, but they managed to squeeze me in, and get the work done in under 40 minutes! Everybody else wanted either 4 hours or worse. I really appreciate that they were able to get me in on short notice. Would definitely come back for any future needs.

Best shop in Edmonton. They fixed my brakes on my jeep and tighted up some other stuff while it was there. Would highly recommend this place to anybody. These guys know there stuff! Very professional! Thanks
