I'm not sure why there seems to be such bad reviews of this location, but I can say my experience has been significantly different than those below. I went in this week for an oil change and was in and out within 20 minutes, no one tried to upsell me, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I look forward to coming back!

I took my car to get oil change at this location a few weeks ago , not only did the staff look incompetent they also almost blew up my engine. They left the oil filter loose and I drove around for a week and lost all the oil in my engine , I went back to see the manager he told me and I quote " I looked at the camera and it looks like everything was tight so there's nothing we can do " which happens to be the dumbest if not the lamest excuses I have ever heard. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to loose your engine .

Check CBC Market Place for similar deceptive practices. My experience is that These guys try up selling and I am not sure they actually do a proper oil change. I have been here several times and done over each time. Mark your filter with a sharpie and never trust they have done a proper job. COMPLAINTS: 1. They Insisted wife have her tranny fluid changed even though I get it done at the dealer. 2. Used wrong viscosity oil and i could not get it started in colder weather until i brought my own oil and paid them to change it again. 3. Left the caps off the battery causing major damage to it and other parts. 4. Does not own mistakes only offering a coupon for some next service. 5. Owned by same owner in one area so stuck with poor service. 6. Difficult to get advertised SPECIAL as they go on about it is not recommended for your car etc. 7. Pretend they look up your car for warranty service and they have no problem recommending wrong service requirements. FAIL

This is the worst shop i took my car to. The technicians exploit drivers's lack of mechanical expertise. They advertise $39 oil change but when you go there they will tell you "OMG you car needs immediate flush of engine, transmission and your oils are also so bad" then suddenly your bill will start from $ 200 . Please also know that they don't change your oil filter. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there ever. If you want to save money on oil change, just go to a local mechanic shop that you really trust.

I brought in my own filter and oil, they installed the drain plug incorrectly and I leaked 4 litres of oil over 10 days. Cost me $333 to fix their mistake.

Never again.... Went here for an oil change. The guy was nice at first. Did some heavy up-selling, and unnecessary up-selling. Tried to sell a tranny flush, even though I had it serviced a year prior. Tried to up-sell a coolant flush. I had the timing belt done a year prior and the mechanic flushed the coolant too. Not cool of them to try dupe me into unnecessary fluid changes. Once I declined the up-sells his attitude changed and I swear the oil change was done in less than 5 minutes. It was so fast. We left and I said to "E", "Was that fast or was it just me?" She was a little shocked as was I. "Wtf just happened in there?" she said. We drove up the road to Canadian Tire and checked everything in their parking lot just to make sure our SUV was actually ok. I have been to another Jiffy Lube that was "ok" but this one was really bad. Beware of unnecessary up-sells! Will not be going back. Would rather spend the extra $20 and go to a stealership.

Awesome service! Went the extra mile without me knowing and did my alignment for free because I had to wait for my part to come in. I will continue to use Edmonton tire.

They messed up my oil change, oil leaked out of my tank and my engine smoked until I brought it back. They 'fixed' the repair. They told me they REALLY tightened the oil filter to make sure it wouldn't leak, than they told me that if it continues to leak than it's a problem with my oil pan. It continued to leak. After topping up the oil a few times I checked out the oil filter, which was completely loose. I changed the oil filter, and tightened it, and filled up with new oil. Magically my oil didn't leak. After all of this they only gave me $20 off my next oil change. Like I'm going back there.
