Absolute worst UPS store I’ve ever been to, And how they ship things when everything gets broken I’m surprised they’re still in business. Honestly, I wish they were on the strike and not Canada post because at least if they were on the strike, they’d be useless anyways, so it wouldn’t even matter. Honestly, I’d rather sell my left kidney for nothing then to walk into the store have anything shipped from it. Not that these bots would actually read their view, I had a more enjoyable time, eating glass, and then dealing with these fools

I visited your office twice on November 20th once 11am. and again at 3pm and both times it was closed despite the advertised hours.

Walked in to this location to ship a package at the end of October 2024. The employee was very rude and disrespectful. He acted like I (the customer) was inconveniencing him. My package arrived with severe damage. A claim has been filed. Will never go back. UPS needs to be aware that this location is ruining their reputation.

I really didn't wanna make a review but I consistently get this delivery driver that never actually attempts to deliver my packages, it's brutal when they don't try to call or anything.

DO NOT SHIP THRU UPS!! Worst shipping service ever. I shipped a package back in april, they refused to insure it for damage. They ended up breaking it, the recipient of the parcel declined it, as it was broken. UPS has still not returned my package to me, its the end of june now. Ive called a few times asking for my insurance money for lost items, which they have not given me. They have not done anything to help.
DO NOT USE UPS, STAY AWAY

Its September 10th, I finally got my insurance money today for them losing my item (and breaking it before losing it)
The guy working at the store was great, did everything he could to help. Its not his fault. But this whole experience was horrible. UPS clearly has horrible customer service. I sent them over 20 emails to finally get my money. At least I got $1300 for my $2000 item

The ups store inside Walmart is amazing. A young lady by the name Prab was so amazing and easy to communicate with. Everything was so easy and quick. She was so helpful.

They could not find my package. Do not go here they can’t do the one job they have. Which is to secure packages. Unbelievable.
