I accidentally purchased mailbox rental from this UPS Store online instead of the UPS Store location I intended. Whoops!
Even though the owner of this store does not own the one I intended to purchase from, they connected with the owner of the intended UPS Store and made arrangements for me to get a box there.

I received information that my package arrived. An hour later i picked it up the cashier stated that they will send my package back if i don't pay a$10 storage fee. It's a hidden cost that I was not informed of prior to arranging the shipment.
The money grab is ridiculous you are better of sending with someone else

I called several time and all they did was put me on hold. In time I got frustrated waiting so I read the reviews, I would like to thank all of those who posted their reviews. I will not be doing business with these people just because of the reviews. Thank you

Max Ups package weight supposed to be under 50lb, Now she argued with me max is 43LBs at this location. Been dropping off up to 50lbs for the last year. Pretty disgusting. Will be going to different location from now on. Gotten Horribly Rude. Then told me I shouldn't be dropping it off on weekends??? Driver not available for pick up???.

Unbelievable This customer service is horrible. Needed a form as ups was delivering some to my house however it did not get there before I needed to send package. This was fine, however why can I not just walk into store and get the form I need without them needing all my info? Funny thing is I went to Walmart ups store right after and they handed me a stack Absolutely worst customer service ever. These 3 “workers” should not be dealing with the public. They aren’t printing forms on their own dime , are they?

Terrible front counter staff. Rude! Zero help, unable to answer the most routine questions. I can’t believe UPS allows this? Clearly UPS doesn’t provide training. And allows this lack of English comprehension.

They lost our package, did not tell us for weeks. When we filed a claim with UPS we are told that we must deal with this store directly and not ups Canada.They have been less than helpful.Don’t use UPS stores. Ship directly with UPS

It's IMPOSSIBLE to get your stuff delivered: they keep promising "within 14-48 hrs," yet they completely IGNORE their own promises, you have to keep pestering them! Also closed on a Monday, AND they have the audacity of charging you almoat $4 for printing out a measly shipping label (!), preying on those who can't afford to have a printer or a car to go to Staples or Office Depot! NO STARS!
