My sons were in need of proper running shoes. I had been going to the mall for their footwear and realized that the quality of the name brand products there were made of horrible quality, not to mention SO overpriced.
So I brought my oldest son here and found these nice Saucony shoes for him in a 13w.
They were so nice (and 50% off) that I bought us each a pair
(mine are the smallest)

I had a great experience here today buying my first more professional running shoes! The team is very helpful and takes time to recommend shoes and help you determine which would be the best fit for your feet and for your running goals. You can even test them on their treadmill. 10/10 experience.

I've seen some comments about the staff, however from my experience, I was helped by Teagan and another gentleman (apologies, I forgot his name). And they were kind and went out of their way to assist me with finding the right running shoes, took all of my concerns and preferences into consideration, as well as adding their own.Thank you both for your hard work, and I will be back again some time.

I just bought shoes at Sport Chek and was reminded why I usually to to Tech shop instead. Great customer service and knowledge. Also the employees actually want to be working there! I’ll be over there for my next shoes for sure! :)

Got a nice pair of Saucony running shoes here The worker who helped me (I think his name was Spencer) was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills.5/5 stars for Spencer and 4/5 stars for the selection of shoes they had.

Excellent experience and expertise. Took my mum in for a new pair of shoes as she walks everyday. Made great recommendations and even came with a solution to incorporating a quick lace system on her new shoes. Will only recommend The Tech Shop for their knowledge and experience in the sport.

I love the tech shop chain, and have purchased shoes from them (predominantly from the location in Calgary) for the better part of a decade.Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this location today when I went to return my shoes. This was the first time I’d needed to make a return. I’d asked what the return policy was prior to purchase, and the associate told me it was 30 days refund or 60 days exchange. Apparently that deviated from what the receipt said, which is 15 days refund 30 days exchange.I don’t mind the confusion, it’s a simple mistake and I hadn’t bothered to look at the receipt to confirm, which is on me. But after completing the exchange (gift card) I suggested to Spencer who completed the return that he may want to remind the staff of the policy so that another customer doesn’t get misinformed. At that point he accused me of lying about it, which I found rather unbecoming of the manager of such an establishment :/
