This store service is amazing all the staff are lovely specially laday Amanda who's help me alot in shopping she is very nice, i will recommend everyone to that store.

Went to the dsw upstairs at wem and spent over 30 minutes searching for a shoe and couldn't find it... OR anyone who worked there to ask if they had it.
Came here and was politely greeted the second I walked into the store and asked if there was anything they could help me find. I showed her a picture of the shoe and was told they didn't have it but she could check to see if it was available anywhere else, and then told it was in stock upstairs. Told her I had just been up there but couldn't get someone to help me find it and she apologized and told me the other stores it was in stock at, or said she could order them for me.
I was worried about sizing with ordering since I wanted to try them on and she found me the same pair in a different colour to try out the sizes and then ordered the shoes for me once I found my size.
I was listening to her and the other girl that was working helping other people as I tried the shoes on and they were both so warm and friendly to everyone they spoke to. Truly above and beyond customer service here. I usually go to dsw for my shoes but will start coming to this location instead, staff is much more friendly and helpful here. The lady helping me was a tall redhead with glasses, Chelsea or Kelsey I think she said her name was? SUPER friendly, possibly the friendliest customer service person I've ever been helped by! :)

Person at checkout told me adding my email was just for a receipt. I clicked no to receiving marketing emails. Before i even left the mall i had 5 emails from them, and have received two per day for the last week, despite clicking unsubscribe after every email.
Very annoying.

(Nov 18/23) The shopping experience here didn’t feel welcoming. Honestly just wanted to find some shoes for hopefully $40 - $70 dollars. I found “a” of shoes but I wasn’t willing to pay the cost & everything else was ugly & unappealing. While shopping around I was being watched, which I don’t mind ? but hey if your “sales associates” think I’m going to steal they should make it obvious that they aren’t watching that said individual. For these 3 reasons is why I ended up taking my business to SoftMoc.P.S. Not mad just writing facts/review

Sales associate has lack of sales and customer service skills. They don’t acknowledge client or help client who are roaming around. I was there for a exchange/return as my kids shoe strap was broken( show was 3 weeks old). Dealt with Angali, she didn’t seem very happy to assist. Got a store credit as we had no box. Went to Mayfield store, it was way better customer experience.
