Lovely store. Extremely well stocked and the sales were amazing. We bought out daughter a pair of boots. Very good quality with friendly and helpful staff.

I have multiple experiences of redeeming my points more than i asked them. Today i asked for redeeming $100 pts and rest in a GC but the cashier used $160 rewards. Ive been collecting points to use it in the future but they always over do it and i end up with almost to none points :(

This company like most fashion retailers asks clients for email and phone number when checking out and it’s always the same story: I approach the counter and the cashier is all friendly and bubbly and as soon as I refuse to provide my personal information they instantly switch to upset and rude. Not sure if they get a commission per piece of information but you have to understand: the client has NO obligation to receive your fricking promos if they don’t want to. It’s not like you’re giving me merchandise for free.

Ordered shoes online, one of the shoes was dirty and looked like a floor model. I was offered an exchange and had to pick them up in store. Got there and the new shoes were the wrong size. The staff weren’t particularly helpful so I decided it’s not worth my trouble to shop here again.
