The sales representative was knowledgeable, very patient, and there was not even a hint of pressure. Best mattress shopping experience I've had. Very satisfied with my organic mattress . The way it is constructed just makes so much sense. The options make it a practical and economical choice and the organic pillow is the perfect pillow for me.

Very best mattress place in Edmonton! Plenty of organic, natural options. Our salesman Lance was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a mattress and we also got a fantastic deal on the pillows. This company uses “same day delivery “ delivery company so you get your stuff delivered pretty quickly. Comes in handy if you really need a bed to sleep on. I’ve been purchasing beds from them for years and this is my trusting go to place! Never a bad experience. Thanks a lot.

Best mattress ever! I assisted my grandma with ordering a new mattress from the Mattress and Sleep Company . We spoke with Daniel at the south Edmonton store. We ordered the same type of mattress that my grandpa had got from them 4 years ago. It was such a good mattress, and still is, so we got one ordered for my grandma. It was delivered right to her bedroom in good shape with the helpful and courteous delivery boys. My grandma's name is Sylvia Dinwoodie and I know she would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new mattress. Daniel, you served us well. Thank you.

Went to The Mattress & Sleep Company website to look for a new pillow. Saw a couple that I was interested in but I had questions. Phoned their toll free number and the service was excellent. Joe answered all my questions, fully explaining the differences. Hard to by a pillow without seeing. However he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Ended up ordering the St Geneve Maple Creek pillow.

We bought a queen natura mattress in 2011 made from natural rubber. Super comfy. Then a few years later we bought a king size made by green sleep. It is made of 2 extra long singles and is natural rubber. I put king sheets on it but don’t feel my husband shaking my bed so much cuz we leave a little gap between the two beds. (He’s a restless sleeper) The king is amazing as it has 3 mattresses in it: soft, medium and hard. All my life I got a back ache from a soft bed. So we unzipped the mattress, put the hard one on top. But 6 years later my health changed and the hard mattress hurt my back so we switched to the medium mattress. Thank goodness the salesmen suggested this bed or I would have had to buy a whole new bed with a softer mattress. We found the staff helpful and accommodating. And no other mattress store in Edmonton had these type of high end natural rubber beds. We bought from Matress Matress and within a year my back was aching but they wouldn’t warranty. These beds will serve us well for years to come. I always recommend this mattress store to my friends! We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping. These beds definitely improve the quality of that sleep.

Bought a Berkeley mattress, good protection, and 2 big expensive king size pillows(over $3000) 4-5 years and this mattress has been long overdue for a replacement. The split king was the worst option and the support has largely failed. Asked about a topper and told I'd would be another $1200!Unfortunately I should have gone with my gut as there is no way this Berkeley mattress was worth that kind of money. So choked I've got to start shopping again for another mattress this soon into a mattress that was supposed to be a good purchase.Only positive was the initial sales guy was nice but other then that I've regretted this mattress the whole time I've owned it. I worked out of town 2/3 of the time until this last half year. And being home on it everyday my back and hips are sore to where I wake up and move to the couch most nights.I'd recommend anything other then Berkeley.

I wish I lived in Canada! I had been looking for pillows and after doing a vast amount of research, I settled on the St. Genève Eider Luxe. I have to concur that in terms of quality, there is no better pillow. I was very impressed that they willingly explained why the more expensive full Eiderdown pillow is not the best pillow due to not having great support because of the nature of this down, which would be best for duvets. Their honesty, coupled with their amazing customer service and incredible pricing (I literally saved nearly $1000 USD when compared to overpriced American stores) is extremely impressive and they deserve the highest remarks possible.

If you're looking for high quality mattresses, pillows, or other bedding this is the best place in the city. They carry all of the top tier brands and the staff is very knowledgeable. For me, it makes shopping for bedding easy because it's a one-stop shop and I know I will be buying something great.

If you have to have a feather pillow they can be. verry expencive so I saved for a while and sleep on my soft,cool and always just rite rider down pillows and I do not share they are mime. My Duvet is even nicer.
