If you’re looking for your next vehicle absolutely come see Cassandra. She’s so knowledgeable, will listen to your needs and find you the best option. She’s not about high pressure sales. I had a hard time choosing between two, and spent hours trying to decide all the while Cassandra was super patient, and politely answered all my questions to make sure I made the right choice! It’s hard to find good people selling used cars so trust me when I say go see Cassandra, she’s awesome!! She went above and beyond my expectations!!!

Warning: Terrible Experience with Cars Near Cost!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cars Near Cost, particularly with John. They employ deceptive tactics, pressuring customers into making down payments only to hit you with inflated numbers that are way beyond your budget. It's clear they just want to take your money and run!
If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership. They do not have your best interests at heart. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable dealer who respects their customers.

Over priced units, the sales person touches the gear shift while your driving and switches gears, they know nothing about the current vehicle they are test driving with you. Then if you do purchase a vehicle, they send you to 97st auto, who will fix one thing and break another so your constantly going back for more issues.

We just purchased our dream hardtop convertible. Cannot say enough about the staff. Friendly. No pressure and such consideration for our safety and comfort during a rain storm. Both Alistair and John were great. All the girls were so very helpful. I am hoping i will continue to feel this way. We have waited a week for some promises to be fulfilled.
