Bought several items from them back in February 2023 (furniture, TV, washer, and dryer). Bought warranty as well for the washer and dryer. Two month after the purchase, the dryer stopped working. Called it in and a technician showed up and said its a broken part and will wait for the part to come in. Fast forward 3 months we were referred to the manufacturer saying this is issue is with them and not the brick. Almost 6 months later of being ran around with fake promises, reached out to the brick several times to be run around with no answers and nothing other than let us bring it up to management. Very disappointing from the store especially that at some point I went to a different store to explain my issue and the manager their said that the Brick should make it right for us but it’s not his call as it’s a different location. Very disappointing how bad the customer service has been especially with a product that worked for less than 3 months and warranty was even purchased for it.
