Two men took the old appliance out and brought in the new one. Helped me with unscrewing the bulb from the old stove. Raised and leveled the newer stove. Answered a few of my questions then asked if I had more. Very polite. Took a photo (way low in the warming drawer) for me to look up a user guide online.
