Great service, very friendly. I was in, set up as a new customer, prescribed something after consultation when my doctor's office would not answer my calls, script filled and out the door in 14 minutes.

I have pleasure of visiting TERRA LOSA PHARMACY on weekly basis, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. When I walked through the door, I've been always greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. What makes this pharmacy is exceptional? it's the most fantastic team of owners and staff, namely RABAB, RANIA, WAEL, and MOHAMMED, who every my visit memorable.The level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by the owners was impressive. Rabab, Rania, Wael, and Mohammed are not only experienced pharmacists but also caring individuals who take the time to listen to their customers' needs and provide expert guidance. They were incredibly patient in answering all my questions and providing me with valuable information about the medications and health products I was looking for. It's evident that they are genuinely dedicated to ensuring the well-being of their customers. Their FREE provision of cold soft drinks may seem like a small gesture, but it's a good indication of their true customers care, kindness and generosity. The pharmacy itself is well organized and stocked, making it easy to find the products I needed. It's clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for their customers. Additionally, they offer a wide range of services, including having a prescribing pharmacist (if you had the prescribed medication before), minor ailments consultations, prescription filling, injections, over-the-counter medications, different options for meds administrations and packing (blister packs, child-resistant vails, etc.), FLU & COVID vaccinations, and more - it makes Terra Losa Pharmacy is a one-stop-shop for all my healthcare needs.Terra Losa Pharmacy sets a very friendly and personalized care and attention that Rabab, Rania, Wael, and Mohammed provide to each and every customer. I was with a previous pharmacy that I didn't feel was a good fit for me. Having a lot of medical conditions I wanted to have a pharmacist that was understanding and personable. Terra Losa Pharmacy has been AMAZING. I am so glad I switched and very thankful for the pharmacists and staff. They go the extra mile and are so helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a pharmacy.

I like dealing with small business when I can. Small business are the backbone of our community. It was with this thought in mind, I went to the Terra Losa Pharmacy. Typical small business! Why? Service, service and service. I had both the flu shot and the bivalent COVID shots. Rabab, the pharmacist was very professional and pleasant. I saw a sign indicating they could also write prescriptions. I asked if this was for renewals only. Rabab indicated it was also for select new medications. Well since I had booked an appointment to see a doctor for the seasonal allergies that I experience as off the shelf medications were not working, it seemed common sense to pick up a prescribed medication utilizing the pharmacist. This was great since I could cancel my doctor's appointment, saving me time, and maybe reducing the wait times and costs associated with seeing doctors for things like this. I found the prices reasonable and again I can't mention enough, the service that they provided. I highly recommend visiting them for your prescriptions.

I can never say enough good thing about this pharmacy and everyone who works there.They take the time to get to know you and understand your needs and are so supportive of you. They remember your name and you are not just somebody walking in off the streets with them. They truly care for their clients.When my daughter was sick during the holidays one year and she could not get in to see a doctor, it was this pharmacy that took care of her. This is only one example, I have seen them always going above and beyond for all of their clients.They are Edmonton top pharmacy and I could live anywhere in this city and this would still be the place I would come to.

Just took my 1st shot of Covid-19 vaccine of Moderna it was really hassle free. Rania who gave me the shot was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Would definitely be back for the second shot.

Best people and by far the fastest pills slingers in the whole wild west Edmonton. No waiting time compared to the big names and complimentary drinks are available if needed.Come on when is the last tine you had a free Coke at Fairmont Macdonald with incidents.
