Not impressed. Need photo ID to enter, "new theft prevention policy", apparently. Entered, and the guy lazily looked at the edges of the tablet before telling me there probably wasn't anything he could do. No offer of a potential solution. No explanation as to why not. No suggestion of what to try or look for. No help without solicitation and specific probing from me. Left less happy than I entered.

We had a great customer service experience thanks to Ahmed Z. He dedicated his time and expertise to understand our requests, proposed multiple options for us to decide, and provided a satisfactory resolution! Telus gained three new customers thanks to the service he provided.

Don’t go into the store.
The employees will tell you that you won’t be charged for an activation fee multiple times and you will still be charged the fee.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely useless store, the worst customer service, I ask management to pay attention to an employee named Ahmed, we ordered delivery of the phone to our home, Ahmed did not indicate the apartment number, as a result, since June 17 we have no phone and no refund, Ahmed had absolutely everything regardless of our complaints, he was not interested in communication and every visit to this store (due to Ahmed’s fault) he looked at us like garbage.

Came in and talked to Sam at the Gateway location. Super awesome to deal with and she was very professional. Excellent experience. I highly recommend going to this location.

Very bad experience. It was in March that I returned the phone after purchasing, but now I get a letter from Telus saying that they haven't received the phone and they're going to send it to collection..
When I went to Telus, the lady said she couldn't help me. Luckily I had the receipt with me, only because of that they were willing to help me but nothing happened yet

I can't say enough good things about this location. Jules figured out I needed a 5G compatible sim card and my phone service is 100%, better!

Don't do Telus period they scam seniors and young people they lied and said my account was paid and they had closed it I didn't find out until almost a year later that they had lied they put my mother out of her house because by not sending her bill she didn't know she was behind couldn't get a loan and became homeless.
