I had to take 2 kids with me to get a new phone…. I know, literal nightmare. The Rep that helped me was the real MVP. He helped them turn on a show on the tv to keep them busy and was waiting with wet napkins when he seen my daughter spill her smoothie all over herself in the parking lot. He was so kind, patient and accommodating. Thank you sir ?

I had to wait a long time to get assistance but there were only 2 sales people. Once I bought my phone the process was quick and easy, took about 10 minutes from start to finish to get the contract signed and walked out with a new phone.
