The staff is great, providing fantastic experiences and super cool customer service, with employees noted for being kind and helpful. They are great individuals who, given time, will do their best to help in whatever situation. The store hosts a variety of events including tournaments, though one pre-release event involved a mistake leading to disappointment, confusion, and embarrassment for customers, which was later refunded. Their online store is good with competitive and affordable prices, a great stock, quick resupply, and prompt, well-packaged shipping within Canada. In-store pickup is also available at no cost. With lots of available parking and inventory always available, it is easily the best place in the Edmonton area for tabletop gaming and TCGs.
