I love this pet food store. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable about cats and dogs. My 1 cat has fish, seafood and poultry allergies and the owner has worked very diligently with me for the last 18 months to find her a good variety of food and treats she can have. As well, educated and helped me pick out supplements my cat needs to take…this is the only pet food store I shop at.. ?? thank you guys for the great service…

Great shop. I buy my cats raw food here, they have lots of great additions like goat kefir, bone broth, salmon oil, liver sprinkles. Easy to keep it interesting and nutritious for my pride and joy!

Knowledgeable staff, excellent product selection, and a really good animal centered vibe make this place one of the better monthly stops in a pet owner's day. they also often put on promotions and raffles, making a periodic visit even more a benefit.Also, they have fosters. Need to get a sense of an animal? This is a heckuva place to do it - and they always seem to get the best ones!

Clean store with a lot of variety for its size, the owner just needs to double check the stores website because when you click the "shop" section of the website it shows stuff like watches, dress shoes and colognes for some reason.

This location is utterly amazing.. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff .. a wide variety of cat/dog food, toys and accessories for your pets..i just adopted a beautiful kitten thru the store and Nearly Home Animal Rescue who board cats at the store.. the owner was great helping me adjust to feeding my new little girl natural and raw food options …I highly recommend this store as your one stop shop for all your pet requirements..

Competed in their 1st scavenger hunt at Laurier-Hawrelak Park this fine Saturday , my pup Sunna and I had so much fun , all the staff , volunteers did such a great job , super awesome prizes after my dogs nap I'll give her some treats that she recieved we will definitely check out their westend location have a strong feeling we'll be changing pet food stores thanks again for a great day !!

The girls here have been so helpful and understanding of all my silly raw feeding and supplement questions. Extremely knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile! Even my furry boy Junior loves them. I'll have to bring him by once he's gotten over his depression hump! Thanks for everything you guys do!
