A year ago, this was a great shop and convenient location. The last 6 months or longer, they cannot keep the stock, supplied. The shelves are always empty of what my 3 dogs eat. Use to only have to go twice a month, now it’s more like 4 times and only because they don’t have the stock. If it’s selling Order more.
I will drive further, to be not annoyed.
And you then miss out in the stamps for your card. Frustrating.

We love this store. They have an awesome selection of foods and treats for our dogs and really take pride in knowing their suppliers well and the foods that will best nourish our dogs!

06/09/24. Picked up a box of raw dog food today. Expecting to get my "free" box this time as I was advised by staff there the last few visits. It wasn't the case. Apparently you have to buy two boxes at a time within a certain time period. Been purchasing dog food there for approximately two years. VERY DECEPTIVE sales practice. EXPENSIVE. So, because I have a smaller dog and purchase at a slower rate I would NEVER qualify for a "free box". I travel from the North end. Which is also an inconvenience. Looks like this will be the final purchase from this supplier because of the deceptive sales pitch. This practice was never clearly explained.

My favourite place for all things pet related! I’ve been a loyal customer at this establishment for several years, and Briana along with the knowledgeable staff have assisted me in finding suitable food for my cat, who has allergies and other medical conditions. Thanks to their expertise, I transitioned him to a novel protein raw diet that significantly improved his overall health.
The dedication of Brittany and her team is commendable, and the extensive selection of high-quality raw products reassures me that I’m providing only the best for my furry companions. Beyond that, their inventory includes a wide array of holistic items, treats, and toys, making it a comprehensive resource for pet care. I highly recommend their services – they’re worth the drive across the city!

I love this pet food store. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable about cats and dogs. My 1 cat has fish, seafood and poultry allergies and the owner has worked very diligently with me for the last 18 months to find her a good variety of food and treats she can have. As well, educated and helped me pick out supplements my cat needs to take…this is the only pet food store I shop at.. ?? thank you guys for the great service…

Great shop. I buy my cats raw food here, they have lots of great additions like goat kefir, bone broth, salmon oil, liver sprinkles. Easy to keep it interesting and nutritious for my pride and joy!
