If you really like having a delivery scheduled and then no one showing up, then this is the company for you. I particularly like how they tell you the date for delivery and you can rearrange your schedule to be there for it and then you get the pleasure of calling them to find out it might be delivered next week.

They completely lied in their ad, I was supposed to get free tank rental and installation as well as 1500L / 3 months free propane and then after everything right as we were scheduling the setup date they dropped the bomb and said it was 1300 down-payment because of my credit score when nowhere in the ad did it mention anything about that. And since then I have watched the ad in the last 2 weeks change multiple times first they added a part at the bottom saying that terms and conditions may apply which i have a screenshot from the original that didn't say that, then it also has changed the amount of free propane to less and less and still everyone isn't able to actually get the deal they advertise. They are liars and scanners who can't even honor any deal they advertise

Our rented 1000 gallon tank is tipping over. Called them several times over 2 weeks and their service manager won't even call us back.

Never had an issue and the driver/dispatcher for my area are awesome! Driver knew we were unable to fully clear our driveway due to constant snow drifting as well as our rural road being hardly ever plowed and they made sure we got our propane anyways as they knew we were getting low!!

Superior Propane is definitely superior. Their online portal is excellent for tracking my account and I definitely like the ability to track my propane tank fill via WIFI. The service has been great too.

Only way they will rent you a 420lb tank and supply propane if you live in an rv park is if you remove the wheels off your rv. LOL!I don't know a single rv park that will let you remove the wheels. Not a very smart crew there and they don't know how to listen. Appolo is the place to go. Very friendly service at Appolo
