So I brought my oldest son here and found these nice Saucony shoes for him in a 13w.

“Noelle was awesome, super knowledgeable about skis and boots. Taught me lots about how a boot should feel and how do wear it in properly and got me set up with a great pair of boots that I’m psyched to try and are exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend.”
“I was blown away by the amazing service we Received. My son’s new skates that we bought from elsewhere (we’re not from Edmonton) hurt his feet so bad he had tears in his eye after the skate. Having a practice the next day and a showcase that weekend I knew I had to do something about it asap. I know you’re supposed to make an appointment to get fitted properly however living 2 hours away, we drove up to be there for when they opened and hoped for the best, and I’m so happy we did. Someone helped us as soon as we walked in. No attitude about no appointment just wanted to do whatever it took to take care of us. I explained the situation so he checked out the skates… what I love is he tried everything he could to make the ones we had just purchased work to save us money however it was clear they just weren’t the right fit/skate for my son. So he then showed us multiple options to what he thought would work best for my son’s feet. This was a long process but he had all the patience in the world for us and never once made it feel like we were wasting his time and never once made us feel pressured. He just wanted to make sure my son was happy. We picked out skates and they baked them. While that was happening I had to leave since I had other running around to do. I get back a short time later and found out that another worker (I believe the first one may have went on his lunch) had monitored the baking and punched out the toebox for my son like his wide feet needed and that they were all done. My son looked so happy. Fast forward to practice and his skates were AMAZING. No aches or pains. They were 110% and so was his confidence again. I am sold on Proskate. Next time I won’t even waste my time with any other stores. I will book an appointment and get them start to finish. Sorry for the long post however I feel it needed to be shared. Keep up the great work guys! You definitely gained another customer. Thank you Proskate!!!”
“Went to buy a new suit for my upcoming wedding. Pan Junxiu was the associate and she did a phenomenal job. She took the measurements and got it to fit exactly how I wanted it to. On a couple points, she made suggestions different from what I initially indicated, and turns out she was absolutely right every time. She also said typical turnaround time was 5 weeks, borderline for the wedding, but I had an old suit as a backup so I decided to chance it. It arrived in just 3 weeks. Thank you Pan, couldn't have asked for better!”

The wrong fitting shoe might look good but can do your body more harm, and I'm saying this as a chiropractor who still treats injuries caused by improper support. “I didn't buy my skates here, but I ordered new outdoor wheels and new bearings. The first set of wheels shipped super fast, within 4 days. Then I realized I needed another set (didn't comprehend they came in a 4 pack and I have 2 skates.... thanks, brain) The second set had to be ordered, so it took about a week, but I live in the city and one of the employees drove out to drop them off instead of sending it through canada post, which I super appreciated. The wheels themselves are amazing and make skating outside so much easier.”
“I thought this was a place similar to Alcoholics Anonymous, but for sports. We have a bad sports addiction and I figured a safe place to kick that addiction would be a great way to return to an obese lifestyle.Unfortunately, it's a place that enables sports. Particularly soccer addiction. They do this by providing lower regular prices than any other bricks and mortar place. Better than ordering online, as the staff are generally very helpful, and the products are branded, thus not falling apart after one use.I'd highly recommend this place to other addicts for soccer needs.”
