Had a repair on my car done here about a year ago. They input my speedometer in wrong as 267k KMs instead of 167k. so now that I’m trying to sell my car, the carfax looks like I put 100,000 KMs on my car in a month. And now no one is trusting of my car listing. Very unprofessional of this place to not double check their inputs. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAR SCAN BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE!!!

Your mechanics damaged the factory bolt on the wheel and do not admit their fault, although everything is documented in the in inspection documents (after all, there are such things, in which an inspection was carried out, where you cannot physically check anything without removing the wheels) you make us guilty and that we invented everything, just so as not to admit our guilt and not correct what we have done.
despite the fact that the mechanic initially said that we could come later and that bolt would be drilled without any problems. I am very angry and not satisfied. And this is not taking into account the fact that you make a large markup on the parts that need to be replaced ( i.e. the price of the work includes the work itself and the markup for parts (it can be 2-3 times the cost price)
they find problems where there are none, and add new ones that should not be there

I brought my car here after a minor fender bender for repairs. I have a long work schedule and they were more than helpful and willing to work with me to accommodate a time for me to bring my car in. They even saved me a good chunk of change as they managed to salvage parts to use that didn’t need to be replaced. I will continue to use their impeccable services for my automobiles. I very much appreciate their good service.

Do not take your vehicle here. They kept my vehicle for 48hours and charged me $525 for just an inspection. They then sent me home without any headlights, brights or signal lights as they disconnected the wires when they did my inspection and told me I needed a new part. They told me to “drive carefully” and to bring my vehicle back next week and they will fix it when the new part comes in! Save yourself the trouble.

Amazing service from the team at the Gateway location. They were recommended to me by a family member because I had taken my Jeep to multiple dealership mechanics who would charge me for repairs that did not resolve the issue (wheel alignment/ pull). The dealership mechanics would not honor their work after I had spent over $3,000 on repairs. The team at Speedy is knowledgeable, efficient, and very fairly priced. They are my go-to for all of my Jeep needs moving forward.

This group are my hero's! brought in my suv first day of owning. I couldn't shut the hood. There was a problem with the latch. I was in the area They had me fixed up in a flash and I was on my way! Stress and worry gone. They are on the top of my list for expedient, friendly professional service.

Worst experience ever. Don't go there if you want to save your time and money. The reason their Google review is high is because they ask everyone to give them a good review. Just check the zero-star reviews and the high number of complaints to understand what I am saying.
