Brought my truck in at 9am. Told them what was wrong with it. Late in the afternoon they call me to tell me the news. Pathetic work. Their techs couldn't figure out what was wrong. Eventhough I already told them what was up. They told me they couldn't order parts until the next day. So I'm out my uber rides to and from the shop and they wanted to charge me diagnostic time. Eventhough they couldn't pin point the problem. Huh?? I told them to take a hike. Lost a day of my time. Took it to a different shop. Instead of 500 dollars for.a.maybe. I was quoted 250 dollars for the fix. Horrible work speedy. I was a repeat customer but will never use this shop again. This is the second time this year they screwed me over. Never again. No respect. Just excuses. Very disappointed. Happy to never see this shop again.

Shady place they took advantage of my senior mother in law after her exhaust broke after car stars ruined it as I didn’t have time to fix it. I am a journey man technician by trade and this is in expectable 180 bucks for a 1 inch pice of pipe instead of putting in one pice from the muffler to the cat about 1 foot so maybe 5 bucks in pipe place. That kind of workmanship is in expectable. Stay away far far away do not go

Edit* under the new management and change of staff it's been much better.
Husband took my car in for an oil change for the 10:30 am appointment and didn't leave until after 1pm. While the staff were polite and understanding the wait for a simple oil change that was scheduled is completely unacceptable. This is not my first appointment here and while I've never received fast service it was always dependable however, after this I don't see myself returning.

Took my car in for an oil change gave it back with a check engine like and a excuse instead of fixing whatever they did now I’m scared to shut off my vehicle cause they said the battery died and they had to boost it i havent had a dead battery since last winter when it was -45

Charged me for diagnoses and didnt fix the problem. Came in twice and left my car in there for 3 days and they still didnt fix my issue.

A disgusting place that focuses more on ripping you off then actually working. Serious there are better places out there. Don't waste your time here. Lots of fake five star reviews. Look at the one star reviews people if you want the truth! Serious!!

This is a family owned business and all employees are 5 star. I went on Saturday and they were providing hambugers and hot dogs. Everyone including the owner, his wife, and sweet little girl were so warm, friendly, and down to earth. They were even fixing windshield chips for free and giving out swag bags. I will definitely be coming here again and everyone I talked to said amazing service and great prices. They do everything from windshields to automotive maintenace. Thank you so much for everything and I will be back again.

Do not go to this corrupt business. They had our vehicle for multiple weeks, with no progress, used incorrect and broken parts, and replaced parts improperly, causing more damage than when we first brought it in. The owner refused to take responsibility or help, and even denied paying for the rental car they initially promised to cover, Because they provided us a huge faulty part,. We were left with more costs (+$1000 owing) and more problems always coming up and changing. At no point was there a consistent consensus of what they thought was wrong because they had multiple unexperienced people working. Don't bother emailing or calling them with the messages they attach to your reviews below; the owner will ignore your attempts to reach out. This is not a safe or trustworthy business. There are plenty of better options out there. Do your research and avoid Speedy Auto Service. This is easily the worst business I've ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of businesses personally.

First time using this vendor today and I give thumbs up and 5 star rating. Called on Tuesday and they had me in by Thursday. They provide uber transportation to and from home so that you don't have to wait hours in the shop for your vehicle. The price was super great. Clean and well managed.
