We recently purchased Emtek door hardware from Spec hardware, 10 glass knobs and 12 Norwich knobs, all in polished nickel. Navi was very helpful in advising us on our purchase. Our order arrived promptly. During installation we discovered that 2 of our Norwich knob’s were faulty. We contacted Navi and she immediately handled the issue and ordered new knobs. The new knobs were here in 2 weeks. We love all our door knobs! We are grateful to have a small business here in Edmonton with such a large display of merchandise. We were able to view everything in person before ordering. We will definitely return whenever we need door or cabinet hardware. Special thanks to Navi.

Spec Hardware has an excellent selection of products from a variety of suppliers. There was a delay of my door hardware due to supply issues and my contractor was unable to complete the installation before leaving the country for two months. Upon his return, it was discovered that half of the door handles had not been correctly ordered initially. Navdeep Parmar, went above and beyond to help rectify the situation so that I was able to return the unusable handles and receive a credit for them. She also made sure the correct handles were ordered and was exceptional about communicating with me during the entire process. Although there had been a mix-up at the on-set of the order and my renovations were delayed as a result, I would still use Spec Hardware for any products I might need in the future.

I cannot recommend the team at Spec Hardware enough! I had the pleasure of working with Navdeep and Stuti while selecting hardware for our kitchen, and the experience was fantastic. After exploring several options, I found that Spec offered a much wider selection than other stores. Spec Hardware has the best show room in Edmonton. They carry an amazing range of suppliers and their showroom display leaves nothing to the imagination. this project that I did showcase as a couple of their product lines. I highly recommend them.

Great selection of hardware if you want something different than the big box stores offer. I got a doorbell button from Spec and I’m happy with it. They are in west Edmonton which is a little out of my way but well worth it

There was a miscommunication between the door company and my builder. This resulted in 2 identical sets of hardware being ordered for my house. I paid for both.
I tried to return 1 set of hardware. However, this return is being not processed and not responded to. Tried my best to reach out however I am being ignored by ownership.

After describing the hardware issue, and showing the dismantled parts accompanied by a photo, the problem was resolved at ‘reception’. Staff who know their products and seem to be able to gauge what a customer is able to do, saves calling in a specialist. It was both a time and money saving solution! I am most appreciative.

Spec Hardware has the most beautiful selection of hardware for all price points. I loved being able to curate a higher end look for my clients with the selections available at Spec. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with and I will definitely be working with them again!
