Been taking our car here for years and I honestly don’t know why. Every time it takes 3 or more weeks, the communication is AWFUL….this last time we were told if we brought it in it would be looked at within a week, after we called 2 weeks later we found out it was never looked at. We will never be going back….if you want zero communication, someone who says they’ll do something but doesn’t, and your vehicle gone for weeks at a time then this is the place for you.

We had a truck breakdown on the street outside our shop. We couldn't assist, but I found this shop on google maps close by. They came and helped the owner get it going and sent them on their way. Just good people. I will be sending my business their way.

After being told by the dealership that I needed $7539 in repairs, and a tire place told me $1714, took it here (on a friend's recommendation) and found out it needed nothing right away, and we created a schedule for what is actually needed and when. Brilliant service and fair pricing. I will definitely be coming here moving forward.

I recommend this place to anyone who asks. I will never go anywhere else. Having a mechanic you can TRUST to tell you exactly what is going on, and not try to upsell unnecessary repairs; is absolutely priceless. So many other mechanics gouge you with high shop rates and ridiculous mark up on parts. 10/10 would reccomend.

Refered totem by a third party after a dealership wanted an exorbitant amount to fix a low air flow situation in the heating system. Not only did Spanner come in at under 1/2 the cost, they explained what the cause was, offered a solution made the repair, and now I have good air flow, and a cabin air filter to keep the dust to a minimum in the ducts.Already told them, I'm coming back next oil change.
