Terrible customer service. Service staff did nothing to help and forced the customer to make all the calls. Management then made promises and never followed through.

Absolute trash service from start to finish.
Dishonest. Withholding information and amvic inspection details. Dirty sales tactics. Inexperienced salespeople. Rude.

The financial department's nasty attitude, inexplicable disparities, and a lack of transparency were all present. I would advise anyone thinking about buying a car from this dealership to be cautious because the after-sales service has been quite unsatisfactory.

I just purchased a 2025 Elantra with Isa. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She’s very knowledgeable and went into detail with all the features of the car with me. The process with Isa & the desk manager was extremely easy. And I’m very thankful for their help. I went to a few other dealerships before Southtown and you could tell with those other dealerships right away it would be terrible. With Isa she was honest and upfront about everything I really respect her for that. She went above and beyond for me and made my new car purchase feel amazing. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle you have to go in to see her or else you’re doing yourself a disservice. I hope Southtown truly understands how lucky they are to have her as an employee.

I took my 2017 Tuscan because my door won’t open in the back which is a problem with that model at year. They tried to charge me a diagnostic fee even though it was clear what was wrong and then they tried to charge me for it even though it was under an extended warrantee. They didn’t even end up fixing my car when I had driven up from central Utah —- there were so many problems I can’t even describe it all here. (However the guy in parts tried to help me.) I will definitely only go to Lindon Murdock Hyundai exclusively from now on for my Tuscan service needs.
