I've been shopping at this store for years, and have always appreciated the staff and service that you provide. But today, I saw an interaction that deserves to be recognized. There was an elderly lady who was struggling to find the items that she needed, and so one of your staff walked with her and helped her find milk, potato chips, and who knows what else. She was patient and helpful and kind to somebody who would have struggled on her own.
I tried to find her afterwards to pay her this compliment directly, but she was nowhere to be found. Like most superheroes, she probably just quietly went on to doing other superhero things.
Whoever you are, you're an amazing person.

Bait and switch marketing.
Free coffee machine if you buy coffee, trying to buy it on the same day the sale started only to find out that they don't have any of the qualifying coffee in stock at all.
It's a scam to get you to go into their stores. Don't fall for it
