Didnt catch the employee names but they were super helpful, showed me where a bottle of wine I was looking for is located. Friendly banter with the cashier that can be described as no less then frankly and uttlery Canadian. Reminded me of my chilldhood in a way. Was SUPER refreshing.

We purchased a large amount for our upcoming wedding. Not only did the staff help us in finding product, but they also helped us maximize the amount of scene points we could get, and then also helped us load everything into our car at the end. Fantastic service! I would recommend this location for any larger events.

Needed a large order for a Christmas event. Lana, the manager was so helpful in making recommendations and even helping me load 11 cases into my vehicle. She did so with upmost care and excellent customer service. Also wanted to mention that when visiting the store, day or evening, the staff are all great & friendly. I really appreciate the difference that good staff make in my shopping experience and destination decisions. Thank you Lana.

They have some great craft beer options, however, I did not find any single can craft beer options. All were packs of 4 or 6. Prices are good too.

The full time long term staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes you get a few temporary ones that are not as good yet I always go there for the above quality service. Good deals yet they could have more as not as many as in the last few years.

I have been shopping at this store for almost 3 years now and never experienced such poor customer service. Today, February 26 at around 1pm, I walked in the store to purchase beer and wine. The workers on shift were not friendly but I thought that they were having a bad day, which is fine. But, upon reaching home, I recognized that the beer tasted off. It was a brand I have purchased countless of times so I know the taste. I took it back to exchange it and was simply told that they could not take it back because the beer was opened. Now, what I am most upset about is her attitude. A customer just made a significant purchase in the store and she made no effort to even appease the situation. I have never received such poor service from the night shift workers. I have been visiting this location due to convenience but I refuse to receive poor service! Sobeys, you need to retrain some of your employees. The gentlemen that work the evening/night shift are very friendly and they definitely put the customer first. This lady today was the total opposite. Very disappointed!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!... The manager "Megan" did not know the difference between a Visa Debit or Visa Credit card and got upset and verbally abusive towards me when she messed up the transaction because she entered the wrong card code. Even after I showed her my TD Visa DEBIT" card with the huge VISA logo on it she insisted it's either a "Visa" OR a "Credit Card". Train your staff properly Sobey's Liquor Meadowbrook!
