Food is always fresh. Little expensive but the sales make up for some of the higher costs.
Nicely laid out grocery store and staff are friendly and helpfull.

The two stars is for the rest of the store. The deli is just plain awful. Whomever is the deli manager needs to find a new job. From mouldy sandwiches, uncooked chicken fingers, expired prepackaged salads, untrained staff. This was my go to for groceries ever since moving into the Griesbach area. I figured I would give the deli one last chance. I picked up a family meal. Was charged separately for all the items. I paid over $30 for junk.
The buns were stale and old, the spicy wedges were 1/4 regular wedges, my potato salad expired ten days ago, and my chicken was dried out and burnt. What was supposed to be a quick and easy dinner was not.
My fault for not checking the expiry dates. I should know by now everything the deli has is either expired, or expires today.

Nice store, good staff. Convenient that it's close, but for large shopping trips, I think other chains have better value.

Went on 15% tuesday. They had their rib steaks on special I was told the truck did not come in. so why did you have the 2 packs available at regular price I work at a grocery store and know the games they play.
Staff member went in the back to see if they had any 12 pack coke @$6. Nope. I said can I get a 24 pack at the special price of $12. Nope can’t do that. So many items advertised and at 3:30 sold out. Very bad management if you’re not prepared for your specials and 15% off once a month.

I've shopped here a few times now, only because of the convenience, certainly not for the savings, or lack thereof. I went to the pharmacy section the other day which boasts a full selection of vitamins and supplements. But lo and behold if there wasn't a single soul, including the rude as could be pharmacist, who knew a bloody thing about it. I asked if they had any "N acetyl cysteine", or NAC for short and not only did no one know what I was talking about, they proceeded to laugh about it as I walked away shaking my head. Well done, i hope you felt really good about yourselves. If you're going to carry items such as vitamins and supplements in your store, perhaps your pharmacist and/or their assistants should take the bloody time to learn about the products they're selling. NAC is a very popular supplement well known for its abilities to help with chronic bronchitis symptoms, repair tissue damage, as well as balancing out emotions and lessening the effects of various disorders such as ADHD, OCD, and Autism. How dare you laugh at something you know nothing about. With the world at yours fingertips, ignorance is a choice, and the pharmacists here choose it quite well. Do better, and for God's sake, somebody teach these people what Customer Service is actually about.

You can find a variety of things here. This place is not cheap, most things are sold at a higher price than you'd see, for example, at Walmart, but the customer service I've received each time is very good and kind.
Also, I asked for a key to the washrooms and got one attached to a ladle. That was the funniest things I've ever seen and totally made my day!

I love coming here because the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I also love how the staff talk to you, and if you're looking for something they don't have, they will try and get it in ASAP

While we were at the self check out, we were scanning our groceries but then there was a problem with it so it said to wait for a staff member to assist us. We waited for at least five minutes for someone to come help us but we noticed that they were just standing there and gossiping about their own personal life.

Stale bread, always a few days old & still charging full price. Also, $23 for a container of pepper. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
