The customer service I received from him was excellent and he was very informative and provided many options for what I was looking for. I did not feel rushed or pressured, and l appreciated this. Ken was amazing to deal with. He helped my Husband and I get set up on a new mattress and let me tell you the sleep has been amazing since. There was some hiccups with the delivery aspect so I would suggest just picking it up yourself rather than using their delivery service but that has more to do with the back end of stuff rather than this location and the sale.

There are no returns on the expensive pillows! That's a fact they leave out when selling it to you but then won't take them back after a day. Everywhere else allows returns or at least tells you they can't be brought back.

Never Purchase mattress from Sleep Country Canada Waste of time and money. They don't care about the customer. They don't allow return the mattress if it the mattress in box is unopened.

Only came to test out a purple pillow. This location seems to have a good selection of beds and pillows, was clean and presented nicely.The lady who greeted me was helpful and didn't seem to bother assisting me with this one event.I didn't buy the pillow but if I do consider it would buy it from this lady (yeah, didn't get her name).
