We bought 2 Beds, 2 mattresses from this Location.
We were assisted by Prashant who answered all our questions very patiently.
Before coming to Sleep Country at this location We had already been to Costco, Ikea and Bricks but from my personal experience I can say this was my best decision to go with Sleep Country.
Prashant handled the deposit and final payment. Prashant also coordinated delivery and assembly for both the Beds and Mattresses very conveniently.
I would always recommend my family and friends to visit this location and talk to Prashant.

WORST customer service EVER!! Person working there was Vikas. He had really bad attitude and I would say zero customer service skills. I was a returning customer. I went there in person so that I can see the avaiable options. But the sales person seemed very dissapointed to handle 1 and only customer in store at that time. I tried ask about the specialities/features to understand the price difference and he answered me with a sigh that 'you can check it online'. This is not how to retain customer, instead this is how you loose customers. I won't even give 1 star if google would have that option. I usually don't write bad reviews but in this case I am so dissapointed with the customer service.

This is a two-part review. Part #1 concerns a mattress, and I’m not entirely sure what to write. My old all-coil spring mattress was worn out and, because those are now very rare, when shopping for a new mattress, I knew I’d likely be transitioning to a gel/hybrid/foam option of some type since they are now ‘normal’. I hoped doing so would also help with a sore lower back. I know I’m a warmer sleeper, but I’ve slept on various new models of mattresses (often at hotels for work) and I’ve never found a mattress itself ‘too hot’. Unfortunately, the mattress I ended up purchasing was far, far, too hot for me. I ended up exchanging the mattress twice for other models and never did get one from them that wasn’t too hot. I ultimately had to sell the third one privately at a substantial loss, as Sleep Country has an ‘exchange but no returns’ policy. I don’t think they did anything unethical; I understand they have policies and can’t control how an individual person reacts to their products. All the same, I didn’t have any reason to think what I was buying wouldn’t work, and they couldn’t provide a mattress that worked for me, and I’m the one who lost money. As a consumer, I’d strongly suggest looking at a supplier that has a 100% (or close thereto) refund policy (Sleep Country doesn’t). Stores shouldn’t be taken advantage of, but neither should consumers get stuck with something they can’t use and can’t really test properly in advance.
Part #2 of this concerns a box spring/frame I bought at Sleep County at the same time and this is a much clearer review. It was built of poorly-spaced 2x1 strapping, which broke after two days, and I consider it simply a piece of garbage as a product. The slat spacing is so wide that I’m not even sure how it wouldn’t damage any mattress put on it. Pictures of the internal parts are attached. I paid $250 for it (which obviously was a mistake on my part). When I complained about it, nobody from Sleep Country returned emails about it after several requests. Nobody else has to make the same mistake as myself. Either get one thrown in with a mattress purchase (for what it’s worth) or buy a better one, for less somewhere else (Costco comes to mind). I wouldn’t recommend anyone touch one of these.

Today I went around 3:30 pm, the person who is attending had a terrible attitude, did not give a solution or any alternative, I contacted sleep contry directly on the online page and they gave me a solution. I do not recommend this branch and even less so to the person who is currently on duty.

Gregg was extremely helpful and all around excellent. He took so much time to make sure we had the bed that was right for us and was very knowledgeable of the products. After two disastrous “bed in the box” experiences our trip to Sleep Country was the way purchasing a mattress should be. Thank you Gregg!

Would not suggest purchasing through sleep country. I had my new mattress(only 2 years old) start to sag and the warranty support just ran me through hoops for a month only to just end up closing my file with no explanation

Very comfortable, good , quality mattress, mattress cover, strong bed.The salesperson David is good listener, helpful answer my all questions , explained very well , help me to choose right product. Delivery boys , provided quality service , on time. I really appreciated this store and product and service . I will recommend this store fully. I am very happy about my purchase from this store.

Never Purchase mattress from Sleep Country Canada. Waste of time and money. They don't care about the customer. They don't allow return the mattress if it the mattress in box is unopened.

Came in with a budget of $3,000 to spend on a new mattress for me and my wife. Spent 15 min in the showroom. No one said hello. No one acknowledged us. Looked at all the stuff, no one would help. We walked out the doors and ordered online from the USA instead. Poor customer service. My money went to another country where someone can help me faster than someone in person. Also got 30 percent off versus 15 percent off already ridiculously marked up prices in the showroom at Sleep Country. What a joke and I live 5 min from the showroom.
