I spoke with Greg on the phone and then went to the store. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helped me with ordering a couple mattresses. Great customer service! Store was spacious and clean. Looking forward to picking up the new mattresses! Thanks Greg!

Attended to this business with the intent of purchasing a new mattress. After a brief perusal of the stock on the floor we were approached by a sales person. The immediate rude condescending attitude of this individual sent us on our way out of the store. A couple hours later we bought a mattress from The Brick where we received excellent service.

As a highly skeptical and anxious shopper, shopping for a mattress seemed like a hellish ordeal. After all, it's a large expense and your choice impacts your quality of life greatly!I could not have had a BETTER experience! As soon as I walked in Greg was so accommodating. He took the time to deal with my being indecisive and unsure, and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and made sure I got the best quality for my budget!Greg Garneau is AWESOME! Thanks for making everything so easy, and being so diligent and kind. I'll definitely be back.P.S. Don't forget to come visit me at Skydive Extreme Calgary! :)

Sales order # 83G321613Above and beyond annoyed! I spent $3,682.34 at Sleep Country on December,17/23 & only noticed on December,26/23 that I was over charged $550 by Mike, and that my name was spelled incorrectly!I didn’t say anything because I didn’t think I’d have to go back to the store, showing that I was overcharged!I went in on December,26/23 and seen Greg who confirmed I was over charged $550 and wanted to correct my name, but needed a Manager to do that, but none were onsite.I called Sleep Country customer service and spoke with Racheal and apparently my name still wasn’t updated to the correct spelling. Only important if you’re supposed to have a cheque sent out to you right?Rachel from Customer Service was no help at all! Racheal said she’d sent an email requesting my name be properly updated on that cheque before it being sent out! Guess we’ll see!Racheal is also supposed to call me back within 24hours to confirm correct spelling of my name and if I’m able to get my overcharged payment credited back onto my debit Visa card instead of a cheque being sent out!Man oh man, by far the worst experience ever! Never again will I shop at a Sleep Country!What an inconvenience!I’m not saying don’t shop here, but rather pay attention to all details of the sale, and confirming information before the sale. Also double checking over your receipt and invoice before leaving the store!I usually do that but, my thoughts were somewhere else that day!I’ve also noticed that Sleep Country only responds to the positive feedback reviews. ?

First mattress purchased was a firm mattress, it was sinking in the middle within a month. Mattress was replaced through the store, we paid extra and purchased another "higher quality" firm mattress as told by the salesperson. Within 10 months it has a noticeable "dent" where it is sinking in the middle. I am an average sized woman. Mattress is on a good quality box spring which sits on a platform bed. Was told to send pics to the Warranty department. Did so, first they complained that we were pushing too hard while doing the measurements (which is odd, because a body lays on the mattress. Not sure how hard they think I can push with a ruler?) Re-did photos, told indent was not enough to be covered by warranty. (You can see the indent while just looking at the mattress!!) Went to the store and no one wanted to help. Advised it was out of their hands, it would be a warranty issue. I found out later that my in-laws had the exact same issue with Sleep Country. It's crazy to me that they don't stand by their products. As everyone knows mattresses are an investment and should last. Would NOT recommend buying from here.

Edit: the mattress has finally arrived, but after waiting 2mths i still have to pay an exchange fee for the Simba to be picked up and the original mattress to be delivered... side note, do not purchase Simba, it will begin to sag immediately, no contouring or back support.I've called 10 times in 3 days with no answer. Called customer service yesterday to see if they can update me on the arrival of my mattress, apparently she was unable to see what was going on with the order and said she'd email the salesman to reach out to me, haven't heard anything yet. I purchased a mattress and accessories on Aug 6th or 7th, received the accessories but not the mattress, due to shipping issues. After about 4 weeks maybe, I was offered to exchange the mattress for something in stock (Simba). After 4 or 5 days, I called the salesman to say that I don't like the Simba and still want my original mattress (Casper) and to return the Simba. He said he was unsure of the wait time but we could swap the mattresses and he would keep an eye on my order. A few weeks went by with no word, which brings me to having called myself, 10 times, with no answer.

Went in to purchase a new pillow as I was suffering from neck and back pain and headaches. The fellow there suggested I try the "purple" pillow. It takes a bit of getting used to. Day 1 I woke up to less pain, day 2 slept better, now day 3 and woke up feeling absolutely wonderful! No more pain in neck or back and no headache! It's amazing what the right pillow can do, oh I am a side sleeper so he suggested the right one. I was used to buying cheaper pillows from Superstore, Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond until a friend said I need to spend $$$ for a good quality pillow, it wasn't cheap and I'm glad I took the advice ?Highly suggest the Purple Pillow.

Really good experience buying my Purple mattress from thr 97th street location. Super nice salesman, knowledgeable and did everything he could to answer all my questions. Great return policy if you don't like what you purchased too which makes it a lot easier to make the decision. Thank you and I love my new mattress.
