Stay away from Sleep Country. They say you can return unopened bedding accessories but they won't give you the money back. We bought a mattress cover and when we returned it the store said they can't refund money in store and they would send the request to their head office. They say it takes 7-10 business days. After waiting 2 weeks, we called to find out where our money was. They said the store salesman didn't provide enough details on the paperwork so they canceled the refund. No notice to us. I think they were hoping we wouldn't notice so that they can steal our money. We are still waiting for our refund.

They gave fedex the wrong address and told me after there is nothing they will do about it. Have to call and be on hold for hours cause of Sleep Country's horrible service. Never buy from them.

Worst customer service and delivery team ever. Said they will come from 9-12pm. Took day off from work, missed a call from 9-9:10am, called them back at around 9:15am, unable to reach anyone. At the end the customer service said they canceled my order. What a waste of time. Never buying from this company again.

We worked with one staff member specifically and she was incredibly helpful. Even the slight problems or confusions were resolved very quickly and in a friendly manner. I couldn’t be happier with the final product and I would absolutely return to this location for future purchases.

Bought the bamboo sheets and returned them. Washed them in cold water and light dry and they shrunk. Not long enough to tuck in the bottom of the bed. Happy they could be returned!

As soon as I walked into the store I felt welcome. The staff member was very knowledgeable and eager to show me some beds. Explained every one that I saw and tried. It made my selection process very easy. The delivery of my bed was right on schedule and the delivery people were very professional. I was also impressed on the covid safety measures they had in the store. Would recommend Oliver Square location. I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase.Alex

My boyfriend and I heard that Sleep Country had purchased Endy and we were curious about how firm they were so we hopped over to this Sleep country as there was future plans on buying a new bed.When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Ann Rothe, a sales associate, who helped up throughout our entire visit. We communicated that we wanted a firm bed and that we were interested in Endy. She seemed a little hesitant but didn't beat around the bush when asking questions (which boyfriend and I really appreciated).She brought us to a bed that she thought might be a good fit for us. Laid on it and fell in love. She then brought us to a "firmer" bed as per our previous communications and found out we didn't love it as much as we thought! She then brought us to the section with the "bed in the box" models. We laid on one and immediately knew the difference. Finally, she brought us to the first bed we laid on. That was it.Along the way she gave us detailed information's about sleeping, the beds, sleeping postures without even being pushy about sales in any way. We ended up leaving there purchasing a new king sized mattress and new pillows.True excellence in customer service.Thank you for taking care of us Ann!

Love my new platform bed and mattress encasement from Sleep Country. Really appreciative of the fact that the delivery people put together the platform bed and took away all the packaging. What made it even better was that there was no charge for the delivery!

I called Customer Service last Sat and was told by this lady (stupid mistake for not getting her name) that I will be emailed by her manager the return shipping label so just wait for it. She said only her manager can do it. It is Tuesday now and I have not received it yet. I called again. Spoke to a Tatiana. She said there was no record of my call last Sat, there was no shipping label created, nothing was done. Like I never called. I explained the issue all over again. She said she has to transfer me to Sales Dept for the return label. I spoke to Colin. I again explained the issue to him because Tatiana just cold transferred me without proper handover. Colin said Sales Dept can't make a return label. Only Customer Service can. I was again transferred but this time line "got disconnected" when someone answered. Frustrated, upset, furious - I called again. Spoke to Sheila. She was the only person who actually helped me. She made the return label and emailed it to me. She made sure I got it before ending the call and she confirmed Customer Service agents can make and send the return label.So to whoever I spoke with last Sat who did nothing not even putting comments about my call, and to Tatiana who did not know what to do, both of you are very unhelpful (i am going for useless but that would he harsh). Try to get proper training from Sheila or others who actually knows what they are doing.

Nice lady "Anne" helped our son pick our his first mattress (at 23, that is another story)The company is its usual solid self. Lots of places sell mattresses and there is lots of cheaper selection - but I still don't think you can go wrong here IF you are serious about getting a good product.The other places might offer some cheap alternatives but none of them would be recommended by me

Drive to a different location if you are in need of a bed and want to use this company... too much drama and stress!I have tried to get things rectified after being disrespected by the sales staff and customer service. I will know more in August 2020. But hopefully after countless calls,Everything will be completeUpdate: so after countless times contacting customer service on facebook and chat, as phone line is useless.. they don't call back. I finally got everything rectified except updated receipt. Had i checked out the bill i would have realized the new bed was switched out for a floor model. Lets just say i lost a lot of sleep and i don't even get to sleep in this bed. I did get a new bed, the pillow protectors, but it left me with a lot of frustration and resentment. I am happy this is concluded and hope a new receipt will be mailed but i doubt it.

My experience with this location was great, my GF and I went to browse pillows and were met with excellent customer service by Corey (Manager) He was very helpful and showed us a couple mattress's and their perks. I didn't need a mattress but it's always good to talk with someone who knows what their talking about!
