All of the associates were very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is making it a little bit more accessible! My mom has mobility issues so it was difficult having the only stools for trying on shoes at the back of the store, as well as they're very low and it was difficult for her to stand up. Capilano has a fairly senior demographic so it might be worth having a couple of seats that are better for those with mobility problems! :)

No customer experience. Workers do not know their job, or the product. No one will help you.
Tell them if someone asks a question answer the question about the shoes and nothing more. But answer the question. Not doctor advice- SHOE product advice, this shoe has this or this shoe has this.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The store was nice and organized and they had a lot of sizes but the selection for wide feet was pretty small.

Would give 5 stars for the steller service, (Merci Nicoel!) but the music was way way too loud. I had to leave before we were able to find the right fit.

Very very helpful staffs here! They spent time for us to find my size. And when they find our shoe size in other location, they helped us calling the other store to hold my shoes. Definitely check this location first!

Amazing selection at this location!!!!! Service is hit and miss. The employees are either outstanding or act like they would rather be anywhere than at work. Regardless, I always find shoes that I like here!
