Went in today at 2pm. I was told to wait 2 to 3 mins as it was shift change and she was cashing out. Worker then proceeds to continue her phone conversation as the line grew to 5 people long. After 5 minutes, she decides to process my purchase. From what I could see, there was no other worker there for shift change.

Store allows you to collect air miles but you can't redeem them. Employee says owner will not allow customers to do so. Will not coke back here again.

Poor Customer service! Was at the till, the phone rings and the guy answered the phone and walked away answering the questions about how much is gas at the station! Deal with your customer in person first!

Air hose is damaged. Rather than repair, they tried to use packing tape to fix it. Essentially paid to let air out of an already low tire.

Here right nownit says they close at 11 (in one hr) lights on but nobody comin to door. Rang thr bell used thr airphone and called them. Still no answer.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I’ve gone back a couple times and the service has never improved. Unsafe practices and extremely rude staff. I sat at the till for almost 5 minutes while the staff member washed the coffee counter that looked clean. There were two other customers waiting in line with me.
