I normally refrain from posting reviews, particularly negative ones, but my recent experience with this establishment compels me to share. The management is egregiously incompetent, and their car wash maintenance is abysmal. Opting for the ultimate wash, I endured a wait of approximately an hour only to find that the wash lacked any soap or shampoo whatsoever. It was a futile endeavor; my car emerged just as dirty as it entered. Upon bringing this to the cashier's attention, I received an apology accompanied by a promise of another wash.Returning the next morning, my hopes were dashed yet again. This time, the "ultimate wash" barely managed to expel a minuscule amount of tricolor foam, a mere smattering of two out of three colors. It was essentially ineffective—a $15 splash of water hardly qualifies as a thorough cleaning. Frankly, I could have achieved better results with a garden hose in my own driveway.This recurring issue, as evidenced by other recent reviews, indicates a systemic problem that shows no sign of improvement. I refuse to squander any more time or patience arguing with the cashier. Regrettably, I will not be patronizing this gas station again.Furthermore, echoing sentiments shared by numerous other customers, it's evident that their prices consistently rank among the highest in the city. The sole redeeming quality was its convenient proximity to my home. However, that alone is not enough to warrant enduring such dismal service and lackluster performance.

Went for a car wash and bought ultimate pkg. The machine wasn’t working on one side no water and had no soap. Called the help # on door and no answer. Went inside to tell cashier the car wash wasn’t working and wouldn’t give my money back only a free car wash which he handed me the slip for right away. He knew it wasn’t working. I asked why he isn’t shutting it down . He said I’m going to. I went back about 15 minutes and saw he never shut it down. I purchased 3 of the car washes and certainly wish I didn’t. I will never go back. He never said sorry or anything just scamming people

I purchased a carwash card that allows me to have 30 wash’s for my car for 6 months that is what the cashier offered me. After the first wash the card said it was expired. So after this I went to the cashier to ask him what was going on with my card but then he started to argue with me saying that he wasn’t responsible for this and that’ll he call his manger and he gave me four more wash’s for a couple of days and in total I only got five wash’s and I lost 25 wash’s worth of money“SO GUYS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CARWASH CARD SCAM”

One of the worst run gas stations in the city period they don't even have paper towels or proper washer fluid outside. all the windshield washing bins are filled with water and frozen. Like come on, it's winter.

Normally I don’t post bad review but this one is one of those times where others need to be warned.Needed gas on my way home so stopped at the Winterburn Shell station. Nov 11, 2023 at approximately 8 pm.9805 Winterburn Road NWSet it up with my app on my phone. Got out of the car and chose the bronze gas option. With the extra 3 cents off from my MC and Airmiles, I should have paid $1.339/L.I distinctly remember seeing the pump display 133.9When my receipt came out it said I was paying $1.659/LWent inside and described the issue to the attendant who supposedly “texted” his manager who said to come back Monday. Attendant also said the gas pumps are “calibrated”.I told the attendant that he can even check the cameras and see me choose the bronze button.I am NEVER coming back here. Beware and make sure you check your receipts when you leave.Read another review from about 3 months ago with a different issue with the pumps at this location.Sounds like a SCAM IS going on here at this station. Also looks like “friends” of the owner are leaving 5 star reviews. Very generic reviews.Go to another gas station, where it doesn’t seem like you are going to be ripped off.

I would like to share my experience in this gas station. I filled up the tank on the Aug 3, 2023 but I got surprised because I came to the gas station with 1/3 ( or at least 1/4 ) of gas in my tank. Normally I go after same milage to fill up ( 500km) and at other gas stations I fill up around 49-59 L of premium gas. But this time the gas meter at the gas station showed that it took 67 L to fill up my tank. First, the tank in my car is 70 L sharp and there is no chance I came with three liters in my tank as my gas gauge on my dash showed at least 1/4 of a tank that means I had around 15 liters in my tank. The question is how can 67 L get infused in my tank when I had so much gas. I approached the gas station attendant and explained that the gas pump #2 might not be working correctly and needs to be calibrated and reinspected, but he said that the pump was inspected very recently. I believe that this pump is not working properly and was charged for air and not for the gas. This is not right. I will attach the receipt later. Just be aware guys! If someone else noticed that please share!

Consistently one of the most expensive gas stations in the west end. Don't bother stopping here unless you're on fumes. The Shell station on Stony Plain Rd less than 5 minutes away is at least 10c a litre cheaper at all times. I was excited about having a Shell station in the neighborhood, but it's pretty clear the ownership is price gouging to take advantage of the location.

Very unprofessional..when I asked for a product she told me to go look myself..ignored me when I was in store she was too busy on the phone. I told her I was new in town needed help with finding a store she didn't seem to care. So RUDE!!!

I went to this place to get gas, my money was 12.60 coins and I said 12.60 is gas..she didn't want to accept it, she told me that I would change it to a bill, I don't know why she didn't want it, I was so annoyed that we started yelling at each other This happened a few times. At first, I thought she was just a beginner, so it was still a bit difficult for him, but twice and she bravely asked the customer behind me and there was no reason for her not to accept that money, that's money, that's not play money. I'm really mad at the girl with her new face

Went through the car wash with the basic package and it did not wash my vehicle. It looked the same as when it went in. The lady inside told me that I need to go for the more premium package if I want my car to come out clean… Picture is how the car looked after going through the wash.This station routinely has the highest gas price in the area and to me their only benefit was having an auto wash in the area… Not anymore…

Brought in some scratch and win tickets to cash in. They processed the tickets, then told me they had no money, come back later. Poor management.
