Only one in outside and guy wouldn't let me use bank machine... why are u even open? Must be nice to get paid to turn customers away..newly added review..why are homeless or the unhoused allowed to hang around the building charging phones, hassling people for money, making rude comments.its scary trying to get into store.. if door isn't locked. I also find it irritating to have to wait while staff clean a bathroom or empty garbage outside when there's a line up

Claimed to be open until 11, was in fact not open until 11 and clerk did not let us browse for what we were looking for. Good to know, will be avoiding business at Shell know that I know they’re hostile to pedestrians.

The gas station itself is fine. However, I work nights (leave the city at various times of night and get back early morning) and there is almost nothing as infuriating as pulling up to a gas station marked as "Open 24 hrs" and finding it closed. This has happened to me multiple times with this Shell, to the point where I will not go. I tried again tonight, at 11:30 PM, marked as 24 hrs....closed.Please update your hours, there are not a lot of 24 hr gas stations and adding extra time to my night to find a different one is not appreciated.

I would leave a 0 of possible. I went there at 10:45 to get gas since I was on empty and “Deep” was closing the store early on September 3rd. I chatted with him through the window there where he was making excuses. I had informed him of my past employment as a manager there and know how it works so didn’t want excuses. He continued to deny sale to me. As a returning customer and ex employee I am ashamed to go to shell further if this is how staff behaves or adjust your hours!!!

Not 24 hrs as listed on map. Arrived at 1140pm and transaction was even approved at the pump! Pump did not work, no gas, confusing waste of time. Get this locations hours of operation corrected and you’ll start to improve your reputation from the customers it disappoints and those that chose to fuel up elsewhere due to the reviews.

I’ve lived near the mall for near 2 years now and it seems this store is the worst by far.It’s always dirty and smelling of spilt diesel inside the store.The employees are breathtakingly lazy and unresponsive (had to repeat myself 5 times for a pack of smokes)Like others have said the washer fluid is never filled and always dirty.They never open on time or close on time and employees rarely look presentable/professional in a customer facing profession.Go anywhere else, this store doesn’t deserve your business.

Went to this station thinking it was open 24hrs as the google listing says. Pulled up to the pump at around 10:45pm. I put a fuel treatment in my tank at the pump prior to filling up. As I was entering my pin (paying at pump) the attendant came out (at 11:04pm) to tell me he shut the pumps off at 11pm. Feels like maybe he could’ve used the intercom or even yelled from the door that he was closing down. I recently moved into this area and it would’ve been a very convenient regular spot but it looks like I won’t be back here.

The door is locked at 8 pm most nights and they will only sell cigarettes though the little window and very poor customer service

This station is terrible. I often come here, only or of necessity/ convenience on the way home from work. The Windshield washer fluid is never cleaned and filled. The attendants are so lazy they just sit around. One time I was fueling, there was a customer waiting to be helped at the cash register, the attendant slowly went around emptying garbages, not even thinking about the customer and making them wait!
