I was there in the counter and staff was on phone in speaker. Dont we wish me just grab my lottery ticket and asked “extra” ?? And left me the ticket and purchased ticket on the table and continue speaking in the phone. I had to ask him “can i take the ticket?” Dont have basic manners. Very poor.

Very unprofessional staff! Closing time don’t vary they say 12 but close around 10! They need to be shut down!

Today November 19 at 3:15 pm young lady worker attacked me with words: "it is u stupid! ' repeatedly. Also in her opinion I was suppose to know how to use air inflator and not ask her. Her majesty, aperantlly. After she told me inside that she didn't know how to use, I left the store very sad without calling her any words. Because I don't want over pump it. WHERE SHOULD I ASK ABOUT SHELL SERVICES IF NOT SHELL WORKER? I already paid for it, so started using it with the risk to over flout it. I think I did, anyway. She ran after me with screening those words and more. MY REQUEST: check mental health records your people before hiring to work with people. Or take responsibility to treat them.

Oct 12, 2023 at 17:26 hrs, tran# 5568307, STN:C03403..For my business I require gas receipt.. again I have to go inside to get it.. that station is in my experience the one that the most often has this issue. Being in a rush I express my frustration to the young lady telling her “ this station is the worst with this issue” expecting an acknowledgement and and maybe a sorry for the inconvenience , I believe her name is “_ _ _ “ said “ if you don’t like it why do you come to this station?” I had hard time believing what I had just heard. I asked for the manager number she said “ can’t give it to you it’s confidential. She added the number to call is on the receipt. Get in my car called and wait online for a while.. decide to call back a few minutes later. A person saying she’s the manager answer and start asking me questions.. after a few minutes I realized I am talking to the uncourteous person that I had dealt with. I hang up and decided to go this route instead. Basic customer service doesn’t seem to be part of a job requirement at that station.

I have been living within walking distance from this location for 14 years and rarely had any issues until recently. The employee Kaur Daler is rude and often raises her voice at customers who have not done anything to warrant this kind of attitude. Myself included. I would rather drive to a further location than deal with this person.

The cashier named; Kaur Daler is so rude. Poor Costumer Service-- that is a big loss to running a store/business. she didn't like to accept coins. Is counting $10 too much.?

I have been a customer, at this Shell, 144 Ave & 93 Street, at least three times a week, for the last six years.Today I walked over, with my dog, to get a can of cat food, and dog food.There was no cat food, which was fine, so I went to buy a container, of the wet dog food, the Beneful, for $4.89.When I got to the till, the price was actually higher. The employee took the sticker off, and said that the price was higher, because management raised it!Well, I was short, just like 0.10, or 0.20 cents, so I could not even buy it!At the very least, she could have honoured the sticker price, or let it slide, until the next time, seeing how I am ALWAYS, buying things there!Especially, seeing how this was the first time, I had been short, in six years!I still can't even believe this!I will not, be giving them my business, ever again!!!

Why is this store closed so early? It says 12 am not 10 pm very frustrating having this happen almost every night lights on, lady working, but yet she says they're closed. Like WHAT?

Would be okay if the people who worked there would ever wash their work clothing, it always stinks like the worst body oder you’ve ever smelt. It’s gross. You work customer service take a F+N shower!
