Paid for car wash … waiting to go through … sat through wash and it seemed that many functions weren’t working … when I came out 8 mins later car still dirty and took off side mirror cover … spoke to attendant … another car had entered and so waited a full cycle for cover … attendant offered repeat wash as compensation over 2-3 days. I explained that it isn’t a “free wash” as I paid for a service that wasn’t provided and then he just kept repeating himself over and over. I left as what was meant to be a quick stop was a complete waste of 35 minutes of my day. This is my closest station and I will go out of my way to go someone else after receiving such poor customer service. #terribleequipment #badservice and seems to be consistent problem management isn’t interested in addressing as per comments.

Don't ever go here.. rude, never have anything, gas prices are usually more pricy then most. This place is the most useless gas station in canada I will not be returning. wish this review could give a -5 absolutely embarrassing

I had a coupon for a gas discount provided from Safeway and I asked the cashier if I would get the discount and she just nodded and then charged me my amount and then I asked so the code works here and she said no we don't accept any sort of codes but still proceed to charge me for the gas. Next time tell people that to don't accept shell Safeway discount so they can spend their money elsewhere.

I used this self-wash car wash twice, and both times my car got scratched by their equipment.I followed all automatic guidelines and stopped my car when the light turned red, and the machine didn't ask me to reverse, everything seemed normal. But then, my car was being scratched by their equipment. I have attached a video to show how that happened.This is unacceptable, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will never come back again. The scratches are clearly visible, and they're going to cost me a lot of money to repair.If you value your car, beware of this car wash. I don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through.

I have AMA and the discounts for the car wash is a nice benefit. No issues with the store, car wash machine or services.

Air compressor doesn't work. Took the money, but won't turn on. Complained inside, and they told me to call customer service. Wouldn't even refund my money.
