Went to use there air pump, stole our money and didn't work. They refused to refund us because it isn't their machine. Then we go again it's out of order without even a sign on it. Left and right stealing people's money. Management, do better

Went to get a car wash, waited in line for 30 mins, when I finally got in the car wash covered my vehicle in soap, stopped moving and the exit door opened. I called the attendant who reset the machine, apologized because it had been happening all day and sent me on my way with soap still on my vehicle.I asked if he could politely tell the person in line what had happened and let me skip the line but he said he couldn’t do that and just left.If you’re looking for common sense I’d look elsewhere!

VIRDI is extremely rude doesn’t know how to talk to customer politely or professionally and not to mention he was talking on his cell phone while he was talking with me which is extremely disrespectful and rude behaviour maybe he need a little bit of training on customer service and on top of that he had the nerve to say that I didn’t had any AIRMILES point where he didn’t even bother to look at my point when I was showing him he just ignored me and argued with me for no reason.

Consistently has the highest prices in the area. Avoid unless you need to gas up late at night, as it’s open 24 hours.

I am disappointed that the self serve machines never seem to print your receipt. I always have to go in to get one. Today I couldn’t even get one as there was apparently no record of my transaction, the employee checked three computers and was unable to find it. It was suggested that I come back and they should be able to find it. Please make it make sense, if you can’t find the transaction now on three different computers my faith that you will be able to find it later is completely diminished. It would be a great improvement if the machines actually printed receipts like they are supposed to so I don’t have to go in, it is after all supposed to self serve.

Went there for gas ..... the girl is way too busy texting and not even at the cashier when you walk in. Then the pump shows 11 cents when you go to fuel up your truck. When I walked back in to ask her about it, I had to call her 3 times. She says: sometimes there is already gas in the hose...... no other gas station has ever charged me before I even started fueling up. She was in the office and again..... texting. The receipt shows: K Ravneet January 11, 2022 at 16:45 pm.Way to go guys, telling everybody to ho somewhere else!. Just keep texting, sure it was important. Very poor customer service!
