Stopped for gas ⛽️ only. Used the smart phone app and it worked perfectly. There’s lots of pumps and easy access to the pumps. Gas ⛽️ prices are average. Stopped for gas ⛽️ here because I needed gas ⛽️. Imagine that. We did not need a car ? wash ? and good thing because the car ? wash ? was out of order.

Please upgrade your pumps to accept TAP as your competitors do. So convenient, you come, you tap, press OK, pull the nozzle out, choose gas type, fill and go.

This Shell says 24 hr. Service. This should be removed because doors are locked. Could not see anyone in store. Read other reviews. Should not be listed as 24 hr service ?????? Google insist on them changing hours.

The amount of reviews on here complaining about this store not being open 24hrs is wild considering they claim to be. And the owners response to every comment is this. So how much feedback do you need before you change?

Store claims to be 24 hours, but every time I am here at night, I stand outside for over half an hour waiting for someone to help me, and then if they do show up they grab the wrong items. If it’s 24 hours just let me come inside and shop ???????? edit: dude came out after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked if I could have a pen and paper to write what I want, he game it to me and when I looked up after writing the stuff down, he was gone, and I stood outside for another 20 minutes, horrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone

The amount of times that I've come to this location to be blatantly ignored by the employee inside is honestly baffling to me. I have been waiting outside for over 30 minutes with a line of 4 other people behind me, and when I arrived another angry customer drove off telling me "good luck" assumadely because they also waited this long. For one, do not claim to be 24/7 if you wont even come to the window when
you already make it difficult enough to shop by locking the doors. For two, the fact that you already had people leaving before I arrived? Red flag. For three, DO BETTER. this isn't 24/7 convenience. It's 24/7 INconvinience at this point.

1 am. The store is closed. Nobody at the counter, and the pump cant read my credit card. The worst gas station i ever met in Edmonton. Shell is definitely the worst gas station brand in this city.

Don’t claim to be open 24 hours and have your employees hiding in the back with the door locked. Do better.

2 Stars just because the female cashier that works days is super nice. But otherwise this place isn't the way to go, they say 24 hours but the front doors are locked later in the evening and you can't go in. People have said you can order through a window, but last time I was working night shift and tried to get something at 11:30 p.m. the guy at the counter just glanced at me and walked to the back lol

If you want to pay for a car wash and get a clean car go somewhere else. This is the 3rd time I've been here and the wash system isn't working properly. The Coop on rabbit hill road is 1000 times better

Stay away from this location. The owners have no respect for customers time and force customers to pump 3 dollars of super slow gas...This is done on purpose not necessary at all. Worst gas station ever.
