The man working behind the counter noticed I had a lot of change, and offered to count it all and exchange it for me into bills

The place was still meant to be open but they locked the doors an hour early. We were waiting for him to see us (in the freezing cold) and when he opened it he was very rude and asked us what we wanted. Overall the customer service was awful.

This Shell is great. Always clean. Always have window wash. The employees are all super nice and they remember you in between visits. I find this location about 2 cents higher than 137 Ave or 127 Street but don’t mind paying for the better experience.
