The girl working September 18th was very rude, I was in the store for only a couple minutes trying to get into my Shell app when she asked if I could “make it quick.” I was the only customer in the store, and they were not closing soon, so I’m not sure why I was rushed. I was at the station several times in the last few months. Each time I try to buy a gift card, I am told that gift cards are working. Shell has a promotion on certain gift cards where you get bonus air miles. But gift card activation is always not working at this Shell station.

The place was still meant to be open but they locked the doors an hour early. We were waiting for him to see us (in the freezing cold) and when he opened it he was very rude and asked us what we wanted. Overall the customer service was awful.
