(nov.12,2024 morning shift)i use my shell app to pay my gas but it did not print my receipt outside,when i went inside to ask for my reprint the cashier got irritated because she need to do something instead of just sitting down.she never did anything already throughout the transaction yet got irritated for asking only my reprint.

It just happened today, I really need to use the bmo machine, and the guy there won't allow me to get in, I'm a woman with a car. When I asked why, he said to avoid stealing. He thinks I will steal anything inside of the store when literally I have money in my hand that needs to deposit it for emergency. I'm alone, I don't mind if the cashier is a girl, you know. What an idiot. Is it because I'm filipina, he thinks I'm a beggar? Stupidity. I was begging and saying it's emergency.

Coffee was so terrible I threw it out. It was so bad I wondered if it was water they left in the carafe overnight and the attendant didn't care enough to stop me from pouring it.
Big language barriers with most staff.
Their debit went down for a week and staff insisted it worked every time.

Call to ask gas price and they say drive down to see. No thank you. Has buddy shows prices in the area but not this station. I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to a location I know is cheaper that you. Why is it this location is always so much more than the next anyways? Safeway is always 6 cents better, if I drive to a shell ten minutes away it’s cheaper. Also teach your people to put paper in the pumps!! Almost always have to ask for my receipt

Super disappointed. Always managing to purchase stale disgusting snacks here months past their best before date. Clearly they don't check the merchandise on their shelves or care for customer safety

Gagan names this guy provided me a best service ,store was very clean , even the bathroom was clean . my card was not working but this guy still was very patient with me . this guys work need to be appreciated

24hrs that a lie or at least inconsistent depending on who’s working. Some nights it’s open some nights they won’t help you unless it’s gas. Useless.

SHOVEL YOUR SNOW! Disabled people and parents with strollers have to walk on the road because you don't shovel your sidewalks and there's always only a skinny beaten down footpath on your sidewalk that is very difficult to walk down, especially on 122st. You guys only shovel it roughly 2 or 3 times a year. It is evident that the snow on your sidewalk has not been shoveled once yet this winter. Every year you make it past Christmas without shoveling at all yet. Please look up the bylaws. You're supposed to clear the sidewalks within a certain time period after it snows EVERY time it snows. You often go 2 months without shoveling once. This has been going on for several years.
