I specifically went to this station to use 95 air miles and receive $10 off my purchase. The attendant said it couldn’t be done and that it was only “select” air miles customers that are able to redeem that.2 days later I got an air miles email promoting the 95 cash air miles to be used for $10 off, and that it can be used at time of purchase.I will not be visiting this station ever again after being misled, and after seeing some of the reviews it has received, I shouldn’t have went there in the first place.

Very poor service. Go in to bye items and the lady who is to be working is washing her car going through the car wash. Leaving someone bye the till who didn't know anything.

The cashier accidentally put in two carwahes. I paid for it and after I saw the reciept I told her she made a mistake. She was about to refund it when another employee said the second is 50% off and I had 90days to use it. I went back a couple weeks later and the second code didn't work. I was told I had already used it. I was made to feel like I was trying to scam them and of course no manager to talk to .

I visited this gas station on 25 sept 2023. Such a worse experience ever. Worse customer service ever. That guy was also indian and whole time busy on phone , i asked for coffee and he ignored twice and asked me to wait because he was talking with someone on phone.I red all reviews and came to know everyone is tired of this idiot. I just want to know why the owner allows him to treat customers like this. I attached the pic of that @ssh0le. Fudu saale

Store is always nice and clean. Slush machine is always working and the biodegradable straws they have are so much better than the paper straws everyone else has, I go here just for that reason. The staff isn't the friendliest but they aren't rude either.

This Shell station is my go-to as they have one of the best prices! However, upon my interaction today with one of their staff members I am incredibly disappointed in her lack of customer service which is why I am giving this 1-star review.I went in to pay for $70 gas when she asked if it was "regular" I said premium (93 octane). I went back out to pump my car but when I pressed the "93" fuel grade it displayed that I selected the wrong fuel grade. I try pressing the help button multiple times but there was no response so I had to go back into the store. I explain my situation at the pump to the staff member but she begins arguing with me, "You said yes when I asked regular", and when I said that I had mentioned "premium" she kept arguing with me. Unwilling to explain a solution until I was like "So what now then?"At the end of the day, it could have been either our fault for saying something incorrect or mishearing as we are only human. But she lacks customer service and kept arguing without offering a solution as if she was wanting me to storm off when I just needed the situation to be fixed.

Worse customer service there was one guy working tonight (28 march) at nite shift. He is rude nd dont know nthing about customer service. I wnted to buy a water nd use washroom . I refuse to give service by shaking his head. Didnot even told me anything properly. Busy using his phone i guess. Soo unprofessional.
