“I can't believe I have waited this long to rave about this company. I have been with Blue Copper Capital Edmonton for roughly 5 years. I have never had one negative experience with any of the staff. But that is the usual mark of a good business. Blue Copper staff are truly amazing. This is a company that reminds me of what mom & pop shops use to be. The staff are very knowledgeable and truly want to see you succeed in your finances but they are also all REAL people. I haven't been into the store itself in years (Covid + the ease of electronic signatures allow for this convenience) but the mis hap with Rogers gave me a reason to go in person. I am so glad I did! I missed the conversation and it was great to catch up and chat. Management treats it's employees very, very well and it shows. Happy employees = happy, returning customers. “Hour wait on a loan inquiry got an agent on the other line they said they would transfer me to manager and then phone disconnected. Real waste of time. Also the positive reviews are bots 100% sure they are. I've had to call in a few times and the wait times are staggering.Update:Got contacted back today from a nice agent about my review and they were very pleasent to talk to was very empethetic to my issue and even sent me a gift card as an apology. Ive never had a company do that before. I feel very apprecirated. updated my 1 star review to a 5 star.”
