Terrible service. I had to leave my items at the checkout because no sales associate was able to come over for 10 minutes. They just watched me struggle with the machine. Thank you, but I don't want this.

It is a Save-On-Foods, not much else to say.
They've always had everything I go to a grocery store for, it is always clean and I have always had very good interactions with staff

Save your time and money. This is the worst grocery store on the north side. The ready meals are way over priced and in the verge of spoiling and they almost never have stock of sale items and if they do the expiration dates are within a couple days if not already expired. It’s a running joke in the office anytime someone says they’re running to save on for lunch that we wish them luck. The only reason I end up here is because I work next door and don’t have time to go to Sobeys for a much better lunch option. Shame.

Worse grocery with no options at all… Sobeys is way better. Other save on food stores has fat free creamer this one always out of stock

Went shopping today for the few specials (ie. Tuesday)and items that I required. There was notice blaming the shipper for no items. Half the selves are empty of basic items. When I went to CS for rain check, no one was there. So I just left my cart of items and walked out. Right now will probably never set foot in another store again.

Went in today to get some groceries and was having a pleasant time... until checkout the girl working checkout one Breanna was very rude no greeting at all from her giving me attitude for no reason and seemed like she didn't really want to be there. I mean if you don't want to work a customer service job than don't. Don't know if she was having a bad day but she also ruined ours. Also no manager there when I requested to speak to one very poor service.

Clean facility with quality products. The staff are kind and helpful. I also look forward to the $1.49 day and 4 for $20 deal, and go out of my way to pop in when these are on.

I recently started to do my Grocery online with This store and my second time ordering with them I called to verify an item that was Buy 1 Get 1 Free ( I did not know you had to put the total quantity including the Free item)When I called I spoke to Noel and she was very Helpful to make sure that my mistake was corrected and that I get the 2nd Free item I wanted .Overall I love this new way to make Grocery shopping because I have mobility issues and it is very hard for me to get around.This is a God send service.I find Save-On-Foods to be a bit more expensive than other Grocery stores but the Quality is always top notch..!!And the Service (at this Store ) is Awesome

Good selection of produce. Had to return an item, no issues. Lots of staff and checkouts available. Never have to wait in line. The pharmacy is amazing. Highly suggest getting your prescriptions filled here.

I went to the 50st market save on food on Sunday night to pick up my online order. I went to customer service and told them I’m here to pick up my order. They told me to go to the bakery or deli to ask a staff member. I found a member at the deli and asked her. She rudely said I need to go back to customer service and get them to deal with it. She was rude and give me attitude when I approached her. So, I said I will go back to customer service and talk to them again in the meantime I order some deli meat and she was rude and giving me attitude while preparing it. The assistance manager got my online ordered for me and I noticed it was incorrect. I ordered 2 platter one was correct and the cookies one was incorrect it had the wrong cookies. I told him this isn’t what I ordered. Basically, the manager said any online order they don’t see what it looks like and they just make it. He offer to just do a refund or told me to take it. Didn’t do anything else to resolve the matter. I needed the platter for my son’s birthday for his school and it was already after 6 pm too late to go anywhere else to order something so I was stuck taking it home. I said multiple times this is bad customer service and the product is false advertising as I did not received what I ordered online. He said I agreed with you and nothing else was done. So, I would avoid ordering online as you never know what you will get and avoid the 50 st market as the staff is rude and looks like they hate their job!
