Omg! It’s been years since I’ve last been to a Safeway store in my life to be honest and this time, they’ve got superior, amazing deals and prices on products as if it were to be a store with cheap, amazing, great products and this time, they now officially sell food here made by their people they hire to make stuff such as sandwiches, pizza, you name it! My dad, aunt and I bought some food here on our way from dropping my dad home to me being dropped off at home after having a full on 1 on 1 dinner meal at PrimeTime Donair. Best Safeway store that I’ve been into in years not gonna lie.

Been so busy with work, my wife and I forgot to get pumpkins for the kids to carve. Only place that I could find with pumpkins day before Halloween and they were great quality.

Workers are so so so discustingly rude to their customers. Outrageous. I will never be back also there is mice droppings on their cans. I say please choose another store. Please. If I could give this - 20 stars I would. Their are all kinds of drug addicts all around. You get harassed by them before entering the store.

Best customer service ever! I wish I had the ladies name but I don’t. It’s been a long time that I didn’t have a good canadian customer care like the ones we had 10 years ago, so I was happy. I had a price problem with one of the items I bought and she helped me by checking and just being so nice about it, she apologized many times and gave me the expected customer care. Will be back to this store again!

I was at this location yesterday and they were sold out of the item I wanted. The cashier (Nancy C.) told me that I could get a rain check. I then saw Liza who issued me the rain checks. Super service!!! Very pleasant ladies!!!!❤️I just needed to add to this review a shoutout to Wally and Stephen who really helped me out at this store September 21st. I appreciate you carrying my heavy basket Wally!! Thank you!!

Great store, offer underground parking and it is very modern and new looking
Lots of fresh food to buy as well as salad/ olive bar

Freson Brothers is the best grocery store in Edmonton. Safeway meat quality has declined significantly while the price has spiked. Price shop for groceries in edmonton. It may take longer but it will be worth it.

1) In this Safeway, I bought a dozen of eggs for $4.99.
2) Last week, I bought chicken wimps for $12.59, 1 box of milk for $5.99.

I go to this store almost every day. I really like the fresh vegetables here, ripe fruits, delicious pastries a wide variety of fish products. Very clean store, friendly staff, always ready to help. The store has affordable prices and good deals.

A delivery mix-up left my daughter without fresh flowers for the centerpieces at her wedding reception. On the advice of our server, Laurel, at Best Western City Centre, I went to this Safeway store to get some replacement flowers. Grace in the floral department was wonderful, helping me select roses and greenery, and offering tips about arranging the flowers. Everyone was kind and friendly. Many thanks!

Wow is one word ! Above and beyond is a simple statement considering my derive at this location . Service there is amazing . Friendly staff. I totally got home and realized somehow I misplaced two items. I called the this location back and they’d checked to see if perhaps it was still there, but was not . I had then went in to trace my steps and check to see if they’ve possibly put the items back, it was two items priced in store, no sign of the two items . So the cashier contacted the manager . Kristina went above and beyond replacing the two lost products. Which is Amazing. This had never happened to me before. As I was leaving we were talking and I was so amazed by the service , KRISTINA also said to me, “We are always here to help friends in need, that’s what it’s all about”. My mind was blown. That really hit home , and I was practically in ahhhh of the service and kindness . Wow just remember what goes around comes around. And always be kind to people . This is the gratitude and felling I have felt in those words. This store is like family now. Wow great experience .
