Was there late in day at Pharmacy. After my hubby was in emergency at hospital all day had some prescriptions to get him asap. They had them ready for me and on my way in less than 15 mins.

I was so surprised when I walked into this Safeway it’s super clean and bright, I went in to get Starbucks and the lady was really friendly and she made one of the best coffees I’ve had from Starbucks. It seems that the owner and team who work here really take pride in the location.

I was in the store tonight around 430 to get my flu shot and COVID shot so I decided to pic up a cooked pizza and wings from the deli to take home I as the girl Cortney I believe her name was if she could make a meat lovers pizza and bake it for me she said yes and I told her I was just going to get wings to go with it so I did when I walked back to her to get the pizza she had gone and help another customer not making my pizza she realized I was standing there waiting and yell at some to help her and older associate came out she told her I need the pizza made the older associate said if there want already made I couldn’t have it I sad to her the other girl had taken my order and was supposed to be making it befor she started with another customer the older associate said well then she can make it I’m not we are under staff and I’m not making it This not very good customer service I was close to asking for a manager but decided it was worth my time to deal with a person who doesn’t want to do her job that she is getting paid for very disappointed

I like going to this store. The staff are always very friendly. There is a very good selection and the quality of the food is always very good. The prices aren't the lowest, but the difference isn't much.

What is very nice is that it packs the purchased things into your bag. Nice clean place and organized, easy to find what you are looking for. Maybe the only thing I would change is that sometimes there could be a little more variety of pastries or donuts, because sometimes it's a bit boring, but overall a good place

Staff was great. We ordered bread from the bakery, when we got there it wasn't ready. The bakery staff apologized, they were very nice and td us when to come back

Got all the necessary fixings for a BBQ tonight. Mixed veggie tray with onions, asparagus and sweet peppers already pre-cut!! Very knowledgeable and courteous staff there. Will def go back and recommend to my friends.

This Safeway is always understaffed and the workers not overly helpful. My concern today was that I wanted to get a bouquet of flowers but the bunch which had roses I wanted was all dead otherwise. Was there someone working in floral nope! Politely asked a customer service and no one was able to swap out dead flowers either ??♀️

Newly renovated store. I shop the Sales when doing grocery shopping. I live on a limited amount each month so sales in stores like Safeway somewhat dictate my menu for the week. Some good sales this week.

The store looks better since reno, but some of the smaller aisles are confusing with their organization. Dislike the ratio of self-checkouts. Staff were unaware of products sold when asked.

Clean, well organized and friendly. They will even bag your groceries in your own bags. If I can't find something or looking for fresh at the bakery, they do their best to help with it. I have even had a baker put scones in the oven for me if I was willing to wait. One time I couldn't so the baker packed me the frozen scone with the instruction how to cook it, along with a discount for baking it myself....now that is what customer service is all about.Some of these other grocery stores should take note!!!

I have been going to this Safeway for many years and now can enjoy the truly amazing renovations they have just completed. They offer a wide selection of items at reasonable prices. I am quite impressed with how the food is now displayed and the refrigeration systems added for perishable and frozen foods. The flower shop area is delightful to shop in.

Save yourself a trip and don't go here.They NEVER have sale items stocked.All week during the flyer thier shelves stay empty and once the sale is over there is an abundance of product.Absoloutely ridiculous and unethical.Always while supplies last, but never bother to actually order in the product.

Cashiers are always nice and friendly. Selection of merch is definitely not what it used to be but that's across the board.The pharmacist and staff are phenomenal. Very helpful, caring and experienced.4 bags - $250.00 wow. I'm gonna go broke trying to eat
