Bought $900 worth of lumber and had to load it onto two carts with the girlfriend, had three lumber staff employees stocking drywall edging three bays down and not one of them asked if we need help… now that’s customer service!
Next time I’d rather go to Home Depot with that customer service…

Brutal service. Waited 25 mins for assistance and even after trying to waive multiple employees down for service I was completely ignored. Will never shop at this location again. Not my first issues with this particular store.

They put signs out In the loading area making it pretty tough to park there. The signs said no parking. I was getting a bunch of concrete and wood I’m going to park there and I’ve never seen any other Rona do this. Not to mention the service has only been going downhill for years. We were asking about some cull lumber and it was out in the parking lot covered by a massive pallet of stuff. No one helped us out so I just had to by some 2x4 instead of wasting my time

Selling our home of 35 years. All throughout this time we have shopped here. It was first Totem, then Revy and now Rona. Everything from redoing our bathroom, bedrooms etc... throughout these processes they were always the place we felt comfortable, confident and very well helped by you staff.
